Located in Carolina Beach, this charming condo for £150 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. Enjoy the breeze as you sit and watch the sunrise over the ocean on one of the two decks offered at this recently remodeled first floor, end unit condo. There is plenty of natural light and beautiful ocean views from every room and deck. This is a 1 bedroom 1.5 bath unit. Our condo sleeps 2 with a quality mattress on a queen bed in the bedroom . There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. The fully equipped kitchen meets all your cooking needs, and includes a dishwasher and microwave oven along with a Keurig coffee maker and a regular drip coffee pot. There is a washer/dryer located off the bedroom for your convenience. Bed linens and towels are provided as are cable TV and WIFI. Onsite parking for one vehicle is provided. Relax at the beach or pool, just steps from the door of the condo. Take a short stroll to Freeman Park drive on-beach, and the fishing pier ( which houses a tackle shop, restaurant and tavern that overlooks the ocean). It's a short drive to the Carolina Beach boardwalk where you will find unique shops, restaurants, bars, party boats, beach rentals, fishing charters and an amusement park (during the season). Down the road is the Carolina Beach lake and park, paddle boats, Kure Beach and KB pier, also The Aquarium at Fort Fisher and the history museum. The ferry boat to Southport, a quaint town, is a great experience ! We had an amazing time! The views from the condo were breathtaking. We have stayed here before when my daughter got married in 2022, but on the second floor, this stay was on the first floor! Would love to try the third floor next! Across from the beach but, it’s a quiet restful place, no drama!

We enjoyed this cozy beach themed condo. We loved the ocean views from within the condo. Enjoyed the pool and the relaxing decks. Very functional and had everything we needed and More. Very short walk to the beach. We had the experience of “Tropical Storm Ophelia” during our stay! Carolina Beach became a favorite of ours as we chose Carolina Beach for our honeymoon 36 years ago. We’ll be back!

We had the best time! We come to this area once a year and this was my favorite trip so far. Condo was amazing and close to the beach. Kathleen was great and quick to communicate with when needed. We can’t wait to come back again!

Clean, well kept, great use of tiny space. Everything you need and then some. Just like home ( minus the chaos) Kids loved the pool right outside. Great parking, even for 2 cars. Hose to rinse off all the beach gear. Bath and a half was really great, and unexpected.washer and dryer were awesome.

We had a great time staying in this condo! It was perfect for our little family. Location is fantastic! Quick walk across the street to the beach and short walk to freeman park. The pool was wonderful perk for the kiddos. We will absolutely staying here again!

Place was very clean. Pool was awesome. Plenty of parking. Host was very accessible and accommodating. Only drawback was the beach is very eroded across the street but the walk to better area was vey short. Would definitely stay again.

Very clean, cute and homey. Especially enjoyed the over the street view on the ocean side. Pelicans did a dance/flight for us while we had our afternoon coffee Tuesday. Our surprise of the grandsons was a great success! They said they thought they must have been dreaming when we caught up with them on the beach.

Sweet space. Attractively decorated. Had everything we needed. Quiet, spacious, clean, close to the pool, great parking availability…the only thing that disappointed us was proximity to beach access due to hurricane damage which the owner had no control over. The 2 beach accesses across the street were closed and blocked with huge rocks to keep people off of what remained of the dunes. We had to carry all our beach stuff down the street to the next public access. I am partially handicapped and this was not very easy. Would have been nice to know ahead of time!

My daughter was scheduled to tour Methodist University PA school so we decided to make a beach weekend out of the trip. I have never been to this beach before. I have to say, it was a nice surprise. This condo is across the street from the beach. It is cute. It has everything you need and then some. It was perfect for my daughter and I. There is a nice pool in the backyard. We had a great time!

Very lovely place; great being on 1st floor; could see ocean from front balcony; very clean; slept a couple very comfortable but not sure any one sleeping on sofa pulled out would be that comfortable; keyless entry worked very well; assess to the ocean right across the street. We just wrapped up a very comfy visit to the beach and really enjoyed this property. It is exactly as advertised but one thing I think is undersold is the bedroom view of the beach and the fact that you can sleep with the sliding glass door open and listen to the waves crashing. The condo was a perfect size for two and we enjoyed the very comfortable living room and the bedroom as well. The bed slept comfortably and had some of the better pillows I’ve experienced in a rental. We didn’t really use the kitchen but it was fairly well stocked and seemed to be very usable. And again I feel its proximity to the beach is undersold. Walk across Carolina Beach Ave and you are right on the beach and very close to the pier and the restaurant/bar that is there. Would definitely recommend!

The home is adorable. The owners made check in very easy and provided everything we could have needed. We didn't cook too much but I really appreciated that there was a few kitchen staples to get us through. There was also a closet with pool noodles and beach chairs. Very easy access to the ocean and a nice balcony view. Couldn't have asked for more!

Property is very well-equipped and although small and only one full bathroom, it actually has a half bath and additional sink in the master so makes it great for getting ready with more than one adult. Great view of the ocean from master and nice deck facing pool. Wish it had been warmer so we could have enjoyed them more but it is December! Property manager is very responsive and neighborhood is quiet and convenient.

The condo was even cuter in person and very clean! Decent bath towels and kitchen was well stocked. For being small, there was nothing we needed. Neighborhood was quiet. $6 Uber ride to get to other end of beach-well worth it! Beach access was just across the street, but wasnt the easiest to get on the beach. Glad we brought our own pillows. Would highly recommend.

We had a lovely time in Kathleen’s condo. She is a very nice person and answers any questions quickly. The condo’s beach decor is up lifting. The beach is right across the street and was a perfect spot for our 2 year old. We would defiantly stay here again.
