THE VILLA ESTATE The Aryana Estate was designed for large groups in mind and consists of 10 luxury bedrooms (with 14 beds flexible accommodation including 7 x king beds, 4 x adult singles and bunk bedroom of 3 x singles or 9 x king beds and bunk bedroom of 3 x singles) with air conditioning, ensuite bathrooms with high quality vanity units/fixtures & fittings. There’s a large open plan living and entertainment room next to a well fitted kitchen. A large covered dining table for 22 guests sits nestled in the stunning tropical garden allowing dining ‘al fresco’ style perfect for large parties to socialise over a delicious meal cooked by your own private chef. An inviting 12 x 3 metre swimming pool (child & non-swimmer friendly) is situated in the tropical garden area along with an outdoor daybed, sun loungers as well as entertaining and BBQ area. A BBQ is available for use. Bordering one side of the pool is the open kitchen bar surrounded by views of the tropical gardens. Sit at the gorgeous natural teak wood bar for a drink and a chat or relax to a good book in the seated swing. The large manicured lawn is perfect for the kids to run around on or a picnic lunch in the shade of the magnificent tree. This exceptional estate provides 5 bedrooms in the Main Pavilion with 4 king bedrooms and 1 x twin bedroom all with ensuite bathrooms. The Garden Pavilion boasts 5 further bedrooms of 3 x king, 1 x twin and a bunk bedroom of 3 single beds. Breakfast is served daily and included in the rate and daily housekeeping ensures your stay with us is as comfortable and relaxing as possible.
