Ocean front boutique hotel, clean and comfortable.

The location is fabulous with direct access to the beach and shopping nearby. Staff arranged a shuttle from Durban airport to the hotel. Spacious rooms with large windows facing the ocean. Clean, extremely comfortable beds. Friendly and helpful staff. Evening room service and breakfast meals were very good. Indoor and outdoor dining with nice club music.

We would stay at the hotel again. Just passing along some info. There is no front desk as this is a boutique hotel. The phone service was not good with static or lack of volume. This was troublesome when confirming the shuttle and sorting out a lost luggage issue. This was the case with European cell service to the hotel and local cell phone service to a local landline. There might be a business office, but after waiting 10+ minutes for someone to give us access, we had to leave. Can hear people speaking in the hall.

Beautiful hotel with lovely holiday vibe

What an amazing hotel! I booked the room very last minute before hopping in the car. The staff was very nice to confirm with me when I was in a hurry that I could check in after 9pm. The room was well set, spacious and clean. Hairdryer, water, coffee machine and coffee capsules available in the room. Cant ask more than that in a busy work trip but this hotel is actually great for holidays. It’s right on a beach but not in the busy spots. Breakfast was delicious and I really love all the friendly staff there. Would definitely like to return for a holiday.

Little gem on the front line

The location was breathtaking - especially from the room balcony, where you could see the Ocean only 20 meters away. The team led by Greg is amazing: extremely friendly, helpful and eager to please. The food was delicious at a very reasonable price.

The hotel has a beautiful view, the room was big, comfortable bed, clean . The staff was very nice , the chef Katleho super friendly. The food was really nice.

I think i think when i got there , they were busy with renovations of the kitchen as some of the food on the menu was not there. The breakfast was okay, just the food came cold

The staff, location, the whole ambiance of the property, excellent. The restaurant convinced us to eat every night at the hotel since there is no other place with a view like this around.

The motion sensor in the toilet of your room is a pain.

I enjoyed my stay which was made even better by the excellent super helpful staff.

Every single member of your staff was exceptionally helpful and kind, and did everything in their power to solve any matters they were presented with. A big thank you to all of them! The atmosphere was relaxed and the food was good. Cooper and Benji brought comic relief with their funny 'mischief' ;)

Micro in name but not in nature!!!

everything about this place was just excellent, the welcome that I received was warm and inviting. The staff go out of their way to make sure you enjoy yourself and that you are comfortable. The hotel is exactly as described and the views of the ocean are simply stunning.
