Very good location. Clean up to date apartment.
Improve the handover of keys where the language is a barrier.
It is advertised that the apartment is on the third floor with no lift, however it should state there are 49 steps up a spiral staircase. Not suitable for the unfit elderly or where a child needs to be carried or too heavy a suitcase. One key failed to open door and was not replaced. Balcony should have an umbrella, a lot better than the sunblind which was torn and unusable.
