The location was great. 5 min by car to the nearest supermarket and restaurants. Right on the beach (the beach is mostly rocks but the view was great).

I got very unclear instructions about where to find the keys. They provide a helpline that you could not call just message and it took forever to get a response. I was standing over 2 hours (at 10 pm) in front of the apartment complex unable to get the keys. The company that operates that rental told me the next day that they would change the instructions and hopefully it happened since I don't wish that on anybody what happened to me. I left a very bad taste in my mouth and I will definitely not recommend this place to anybody nor will ever stay there again. Also the apartment was not crazy clean (a lot of crumbs in the couch and dust under the furniture).

The apartment is good! The view from the balcony is also good! And the place is beautiful!

But the management company sucks! 1. When I checked into the apartment, I couldn't find the bracelets for the pool. I corresponded with them - and still they didn't bring them and didn't answer where they could be found, so we swam the whole vacation without bracelets. I don't care if they are there or not, but the guards constantly pestered me with the question: why don't my children have bracelets!!! 2. The kettle doesn't turn off by itself! 3. There is no place for a barbecue.

Der Check in war eine richtige Katastrophe, wir haben mehrfach bei Fidalsa darum gebeten, einen früheren CHECK in als 16:00 zu bekommen, wir haben per E.mail Whats Up und Telefon darum gebeten. Wir wollten um 13:00 Uhr oder 14:00 Uhr einchecken. Es hieß, wir sollten am Vorabend der Anreise nochmal nachfragen, haben wir gemacht, niemand hat darauf reagiert. So haben wir nach langem Suchen der Adress und des Schlüsselbriefkasten um 15:50 die Schlüssel gefunden, konnten aber die Wohnung nicht finden. Der SECURITY SERVICE hat uns dann geholfen, diese Wohnug zu finden. Um 16:00 Uhr kamen wir dann in die Wohnung, sie komplett mit richtig viel Müll und Dreck in allen Zimmern und beiden Balkonen total verdreckt und versaut, kein Mensch hat gereingt. Nach schwerster Erreichbarkeit haben wir dann über BOOKING dieses Desaster gemeldet und dann kam gegen 17:00 Uhr ein Reinigungstrupp der mit den Aufräumarbeiten begonnen hat. Wir mussten weiter 2,5 Stunden, also bis 19:30 Uhr warten, bis wir in die Wohnung gehen konnten, die Putzkräfte waren noch im vollen Gange, wir mussten noch 30 Minuten auf dem Balkon warten. Die Wohnung war zwar jetzt gereinigt, aber nicht wirklich sauber. Wir haben die Wohnung nach 14 Tagen TIP TOP selber sauber gereinigt und deutlich besser uns sauberer übergeben, also wir sie bekommen haben. Das war die schlechteste Übergabe die ich jemals über BOOKING.com erleben musste. Eine Kathastrophe, meine Frau war nervlich komplett am Ende mit Weinkrämpfen und schweren Magen- und Darmschmerzen. So will man keinen Urlaub beginnen. Sehr sehr schelcht nach 2 Tagen Anreisen mit dem PKW von Deutschand nach Spanien. Die Wohnung hatte 14 Tage nicht einen Sonnenstrahl auf einer der beiden Terrassen, alles immer nur im Schatten. 60 Meter von unseren Terrassen war und ist seit 2 Jahren immer noch eine Baustelle und wird nach Rückfrage von mir, noch weitere 1-2 Jahre so bleiben. . Jeden Tag, pünklich ab 08:00 Uhr ab Montag bis Freitag 18:00 Uhr Baulärm.

Alles hätte besser sein müssen, der CHECK in Kathastrophe, die Lage ohne Sonne 14 Tage Katastrophe, der Baulärm von 08:00 Uhr bis 18:00 Uhr unvorstellbar.

The apartment was very well equipped. On site parking was spacious and convenient. Views of the pool/ocean were great.

Hosts took a long time to respond to messages. Not enough towels or keys. No pool towels. No information regarding amenities such as the pool and gym.

Beautiful spacious apartment, all the essential. Two lovely balconys one for morning sun, one for evening sun. Lovely heated pool.

It was too far from Torreveija to walk, it's Punta Marina. The Security guard at the location was very rude.

For the price the house looks a bit empty, could be more stylish.

The view of the Mediterranean was absolutely stunning, as pictured. The apartment itself was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The heated pool was great.

Communication during check-in was horrible. Instructions were confusing about how to find the apartment -- even the complex's security guard couldn't figure it out and it took us a long time to find the correct apartment. It took hosts 3 hours to respond to my question about how to access the parking lot. It would have been good to have had a document that explained how to find the apartment, access parking, where to find things in the apartment, open hours of the swimming pool, etc.. We wasted hours trying to figure all of this out. Hot water ran out very fast in the showers.
