The well-appointed, recently renovated kitchen invites culinary adventures and is joined by the spacious dining room and comfortable living area, forming a delightful space for shared experiences and entertaining. The main floor also includes a convenient full bathroom and and the added practicality of a washer and dryer. The oversized master suite is located on the main level and includes a brand new private deck, queen bed, large closet and storage, gorgeous lake views, and an ensuite with tub/shower, sink, and toilet. Conveniently located off the dining and living rooms, step outside to the expansive deck, designed for relaxation, and enjoy breathtaking lake views and seven mature oak trees. It's a perfect retreat for moments of tranquility, leisure, and lakeside dining! Head to the second floor, which includes a bedroom and an adjacent space that sleeps up to four. Providing comfort and flexibility, there are two twin beds in one area and a queen bed in the other to accommodate the needs of your guests or family. The property was charming with a beautiful view. The house was perfect size for the six of us. The amenities were on point and the beach was great for our family. There is a garage for storage as well as a shed down by the beach. The lake is clean and refreshing. We loved the house and location! It was a wonderful vacation! Thank you!

There are not enough superlatives to rate this property! The spectacular view sitting on the deck makes it all worthwhile! But that’s just the icing. It’s a perfect location. I’ve stayed at a number of places but this one outshines them all. I literally did not have to bring anything. Kitchen is well stocked with every item you will need. The “manager” certainly makes you feel welcomed and concerned you are comfortable with everything you need. If I could give more stars, I would! MLT

The tastefully furnished interior blended seamlessly with the breathtaking views of Owasco Lake, creating an ambiance of pure relaxation. The open-concept living space allowed for effortless interaction among family and friends. The bedrooms were cozy and offered picturesque vistas. The deck and dock provided stunning panoramas and opportunities for water sports. The nearby towns and attractions added extra excitement. Owasco Lake's proximity to wineries, hiking trails, and daily treats at nearby Tom Thumb and Seb’s added an extra layer of excitement to our stay, ensuring there was always something new to explore. We highly recommend this lake house for a remarkable getaway!

I had the pleasure of staying at this lakefront cottage recently, and it was an absolute delight. The location was serene and picturesque, with the cottage nestled right by the tranquil waters of the lake. Sadly the whole house and deck need lots of TLC!!!
The house needs central a/c; it got very hot at night to sleep. The bbq grill is rusted. The toilet seat downstairs needs securing. The whole interior needs to be painted. It could be a very nice house! The deck needs to be sanded and stained. Bed was comfortable.

We really enjoyed this property’s location. It was a beautiful view of the lake. We were the first visitors of the season so there were some glitches. Thankfully the host was very kind and responsive to everything. It was the perfect size for our family to enjoy a graduation weekend and time together.

Lovely lake house, it has all the amenities our family needed. The view from the living room is amazing. It is just like sitting right on the lake and made rainy weather absolutely beautiful to watch. The hosts are attentive and very kind! You won’t regret renting this house :)

We absolutely LOVED our stay at Seven Oaks! The home is beautiful inside and out with everything you need (inside and out) to make your stay exceptional! The kitchen is well-equipped; the kayaks are so much fun; there's a great dock to sit on over the water, and ample deck and yard space for everyone. The hosts went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed (including setting up the fire pit for us) and were comfortable. I HIGHLY recommend staying here for your next vacation in the Finger Lakes. The views of the lake are spectacular from nearly every room in the house. We can't wait to come back. One week wasn't long enough!

We absolutely LOVED our stay at Seven Oaks! The home is beautiful inside and out with everything you need (inside and out) to make your stay exceptional! The kitchen is well-equipped; the kayaks are so much fun; there's a great dock to sit on over the water, and ample deck and yard space for everyone. The hosts went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed (including setting up the fire pit for us) and were comfortable. I HIGHLY recommend staying here for your next vacation in the Finger Lakes. The views of the lake are spectacular from nearly every room in the house. We can't wait to come back. The owner was quick to respond to questions and to bring needed supplies after we arrived. The long walk down to lakeside was worth the effort though in mid October the cool winds would chase us back inside. The accommodations were cozy enough, but the main floor doubled as a constant sobriety test, which kept us on our toes! It would have been nice if the gas fireplace worked on some of the colder nights. Thanks for sharing your house!

Beautiful vista of lake during the day and splendid sunsets at night. Some days during the week were very hot and the AC on the first floor sometimes struggled to keep up. Stairs down to the beach can be precarious for the older crowd. We did not have a dock because the water level was so high during our stay and Rick offered to refund a portion of the rental fee because of that. Rick was very attentive and checked in on us mid-week via text to see if everything was alright. Very clean and comfortable interior. Convenient to Auburn for supplies. Would definitely stay here again.

There were games and books for rainy time and all of the things you need for a relaxing lake vacation. WiFi was good and there were two big flat screen TVs that were internet accessible. Coffee maker is a Keurig . Fishing off the dock was great too. The water is crystal clear. Owners were very responsive and friendly. We are definitely going back.

Other than that it was a very enjoyable stay. The huge deck with retractable awning was awesome and we witnessed some of the most beautiful sunsets!!!
