Beautiful and Safe
I stayed the entire week ,security Service was was very bad have to be stuck at the gate everytime you want to go out the man on gate we found him sleeping 2 evenings in a row. while we looking for him the number at the gate was not picked or go to voice male

Location. Ise keypad to enter property which is nice not worrying about keys
When we made the booking we received confirmation that we can check in early at 10:00 because we had an early flight. When we arrived at the property we were only allowed to check in at 14:00. I was hoping that the cleaners could start cleaning our propeety first so we can check in, but they cleaned the property until 14:00. So bit off mess-up with check in. But the rest was all good.

I was very happy with where the place is situated.
It is easy access to the beach and the shops.
I have used this resort for the last 2 years when coming to Port Elizabeth. However, this was the most expensive rate that i had to pay by over R1200. The finishes have become old and in need of some repairs.

Location & cleanliness was great.
The mattrass and pillows need replacement.
The towels: a small bath towel each and 1 hand towel. Maybe add for ladies with long hair who needs an extra towel?

The photos misleading, it was of a room next to the pool,in fact the room was about 400 m away. Also advertised as a one bedroom apartment when it is in fact a bachelor's

The hosts were exceptional. We had a query and they dealt with it on a Sunday morning.
Security are very helpful on arrival. View over bay beautiful and tranquil. Door into garden, with little enclosed patio, peaceful

everything was just perfect
The host was just unresponsive called her to complain about us having troubles connecting to the wifi and her phone was answered by someone else and say she will call us back but never got back to us. we spent the entire two days without wifi and no communication at all wasnt happy about that

The location, staff and overall stay was great. The beds were comfy and had a great view of the ocean. Our host was very helpful and was quick to attend to any questions we had. We had a few cute Meerkats roaming around outside- which was great, they made our mornings 😃
