If you want a more formal dining experience, this home also has a 6 person dining room. The master bedroom is conveniently located on the main (2nd) floor, while bedrooms 2 and 3 are located upstairs on the third floor and share a hall bathroom. All bedrooms have a TV! The house is actually on Palm Boulevard but faces 9th Avenue. It is very close to the beach, and also walking distance from a bakery/coffee shop, a well-stocked grocery store, and other shops and restaurants. Everything is very clean, and the kitchen is well-equipped with cookware and dishes. The layout and furnishings are spacious and nice, and the mature trees keep the house cool. It's also a safe and welcoming place for our dog. This is our second stay at this house and we'd be happy to stay there again.

Loved the location of this home. Close to shopping, dining and the beach. The lack of yard space wasn't a problem for the dog because of the porches and short walk to the beach. The kitchen could use more forks but is otherwise well stocked with lots of room for everyone to hang out. Our daughter enjoyed walking to get Dole whip in the evenings and the dog loved sunrises on the beach. We didn't need a golf cart this time because of how close we were to the restaurants and shopping. Would stay here again.

We had a great time at Isle of Palms. This house is wonderfully located, just a couple blocks from the beach (with a matted beach access, which is nice), and walking distance to coffee and restaurants. It's a very short drive to the grocery store and more food options. The house needs some updates, but overall feels cozy and covers the basics. Only negatives is that there are 2 missing smoke alarms: one in the kitchen and the other in the bunk room. The mounts are there, but the alarms are gone. Hopefully Island Properties fixes that soon! You can also hear a bit of road noise, as you're right next to the connector. Overall, we were happy with the stay!

We stayed here for 3 months this winter and it was marvelous. The house is an easy walk to the beach and has a view of the marsh for sunsets. It is clean, well furnished, and very comfortable. It is close to the shopping center and center of town. No negatives. Thank you to the owners.

My wife and I and our dog had a great week- spent time at the beach, enjoyed the house- the house was perfect for our needs- great tv room and good internet- had to leave 2 days early due to Hurricane Ian and potential for storm surge- did not receive any reimbursement for those 2 days.

The location was very convenient to beach and grocery store. But upon arrival at home, the house smelled very musty. We used 2 cans of Lysol on everything to get the smell out. There was also mold around ceiling vents. There was a rat running around in garage and a live roach crawled across couch in den one night. Despite that, my family still enjoyed the trip.

This home's location was fantastic -short walk to the beach and to town! Great neighborhood. The home's layout also worked very well for us...the family room was large and had ample seating, the master down was perfect. We ate at the dining table as well as played board games. We even used the grill which was a bonus. The downside was that we all felt the place was dingy and not very clean. If it wasn't for that (which is a big deal), we would certainly stay here again. Hopefully some simple updates (kitchen & bathrooms) and more intense cleaning focus for the future. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

The house was nice, but there was some cleanliness issues, entering the home. Stair railings and stairwells were coated in black dust and rubbed off on our clothing. I think the landscape crew or cleaning crew should have swept or blown the entries steps. and wiped down railings. WE had a wonderful time and it was very close to the beach and the little town is in walking distance. Overall a good place for our short weekend.

While we found this property to be generally as advertised, it was located closer to a busy road than we realized, and therefore was somewhat noisy, and caused us to be extremely cautious with our dog. Also, the house was somewhat dirty, especially the upstairs bath shower curtain liner (filthy). The glass door leading to the screened porch was open upon our arrival, and we found it nearly impossible to close due to a swollen jamb. Housekeeping repaired the door mid-week, but we never used the porch for this reason. Overall, not the best experience we've had with Island Realty, and we've rented through this agency on numerous occasions. On the positive side, the house is an easy and short walk to the beautiful IOP beach.

I needed overflow housing for my 20s-30s adult nieces and nephews visiting for Thanksgiving. They had all been to IOP before when visiting me, so they knew the area well. This home was perfectly located,,..10 minutes to my home, and easy walking to the beach, restaurants and bars. The home housed everyone comfortably with room to spread out for playing games. The home is well-appointed with everything needed for a week’s stay!

Most of your people are great and we had enjoyed many rentals through you over the past 30+ years. However, the people that handle property management are not doing their jobs very well at all. When we arrived it was as if nobody was expecting us. Nobody had made sure things were in working order. For example, the front door would not close, the internet didn’t work, the tv’s didn’t work, the ice maker didn’t work, the upstairs air conditioning did not work and the combination to the front door had not been changed since our last stay in this same house about 5 months ago so obviously we could not be secure in the house. Some of the problems had been reported by me during our prior rental and were not taken care of before our arrival. Very disappointing. One bad stay will not necessarily result in our never using your services again, but I must tell you that this experience was nothing like what we had come to expect from Island Realty.

It is a very comfortable house in a lovely neighborhood where people greet you on the street and the beach and there are lots of dogs. It is an easy walk to town. It is quiet and bright even though it is nestled in wonderful old trees.

Group of old friends looking for an easy place a block from the beach and driving distance to some incredible golf courses (Wild Dunes and anything on Kiawah). This place was exactly what we needed. It's not going to wow you with amenities but it was clean, very fairly priced and the location was incredible. The beach is perfect, maybe a 2min walk and there is an awesome concert venue right there we saw a great show at. Overall would 100% go back, and plan to next year.
