About this condo rental
Rustic first floor condo with 2 bedrooms, small bunk room and 2 full bathrooms. Snow Ridge is the perfect location for all skiers with the beginner slopes only 10 steps from the deck. Families with children learning to ski can come in and take breaks and more advanced skiers can spend their time on the slopes not traveling to and from them. Enjoy the magnificent mountain views on one of our 2 decks. It's a great place to enjoy your morning hot coffee or wind down with a glass of wine! Enjoy the full kitchen to cook your family's favorite meal. We want you to feel at home when you are away from home. We provide all our guests with a starter supply of toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags. Also provided...hand soap, dishwashing liquid, dishwasher tabs...linens and towels will be available. Just a short walk to "The Edge", "The Coppermine" and "The Upper Crust Pizza" or travel a few minutes down the mountain to more restaurants, breweries, wineries and the Stoney Creek Golf course that is open to all. Ski and/or Snowboard rentals are available at the resort and down the mountain at the Ski Barn. Please check their websites as availability is limited. Check the Wintergreen website to purchase lift tickets and snow tubing reservations. We are not considered "resort members" so you will not have access to the Wintergreen Spa and Indoor Pool, Devil's Grill or the Devil's Knob golf course. Please check with them directly to book a treatment to have access to those amenities. We really enjoyed our stay at this wintergreen condo. The location was great right next to the slope so we could go from the living room to skiing in 1 minute. That makes things incredibly easy with smaller children. Host was very responsive and helpful. Thanks

The location is perfect for new skiers! Close to the treehouse for the kiddos and playing in the snow in front of the condominium. Definitely an awesome first ski trip for our grandchildren with plenty of condo space for active kiddos. Thank you, Bob!!

Condo is in a convenient location right by the lodge and restaurants. My kids loved how close we were to the playground. Condo is as described and shown in the pictures - it’s not updated but reasonably priced as a result. The condo is not large, but for 4 people, we had enough space. Owner is upfront that you can have 8 guests but it will be tight. Bunk room has almost no floor space as shown in the listing picture and no window. The other two bedrooms had plenty of space and dressers/storage, if needed. The condo is a combination of two original units, so there is an outside front door and a patio door in the master bedroom - not an issue as adults slept in this room but would not have young children sleep in that bedroom.

Bob’s property is situated in a very nice location with beautiful views and surrounded by wonderful restaurants. It is clean and beautifully decorated. We also arrived during Memorial Day weekend and was able to participate in some of the events (such as riding the sky-lift) by showing proof that we were guests at Bob’s lovely home. My family had a fantastic time and cannot wait to go back!

Although this condo has not been updated, it is indeed in a perfect location at the top of the Wintergreen ski slopes. The owner was very easy to work with.

Unfortunately the resort had to close the ski slopes early this year due to lack of snow combined with the unusually high temp's preventing them from making snow. Slopes closed on the same day we were scheduled to check in. Bob was super responsive and very gracious in working with us to quickly find a resolution.

This place was perfect for ski in and ski out access and is very short walk to lodge area!! Place was very comfortable for us four. The bunk room is small but we did not need it. Enjoyed our stay!

First, the location: if you’re a skier and hate walking in your ski boots, you’re in the perfect place! About 8 steps from the back door and you’re on the slopes!
The unit itself was perfectly clean, and is a really unique layout that allows you to get some separation, should you need it. The kitchen is efficient and worked well for us, we cooked all of our meals there, too. Beds were comfortable, and there was a good amount of seating in the main living space in front of the fire place and massive smart-TV. The TV itself is in guest mode, so you’ll need to log in to each app you wish to view, however the really cool part is that you can set your “check-out” date and the TV will automatically sign you out and prep for the next guests.
We will definitely stay here again!

After hunting for a good ski in/out property, this was a treat. Lots of properties say they are ski in/out, but this really is right off the patio. We brought a brand new skier and it was perfect for us.
The kitchen is well-stocked, once I figured out where everything was. The bunkbed room is a lot smaller than I realized from the photos, but for kids, it's fine. The living room furniture was comfy and the dining table was large and convenient.

There were 5 adults and an 8 yr old on this trip. The location was perfect for my grandson's first time skiing. He was able to take breaks in the condo as needed and the adults were able to ski much more than we would have if we had stayed further away. My son even went out after dinner for a few runs since we were so close to the slopes.
The bedrooms were comfy and we played games at the table in the evening.
The bedroom with the bunkbed is very small (you can't even walk around in it, the bed fills the room) but it was fine for sleeping, which is all we did in it. :)
Overall it was a great place to stay and we hope to return next year.

As a ski-in-ski-out condo, this place fulfills exactly what it claims, and the location is practically unbeatable. It is literally only yards away from the ski area! The condo itself is relatively more aged, but yet everything remains functional and practical. Out of all the years that we went on vacation, this was the only time where we didn't have to contact the owner because some emergency about the facilities came up. The only discrepancy if I must include one will be the heater, which had a hard time stopping at the temperature at the thermostat, making the room quite warm. But in a freezing season, is that really even a problem? Overall, the Condo was basically perfect, the location, the amenities, the service... Definitely recommend it, especially for families who love skiing!

Bob is super nice, we had two days of power outage, he informed us and prepared flash lights for us and make sure that we are doing ok. The place is very clean and comfortable. Bob responded within couple hours. We enjoyed our stay here. We highly recommended this place to everyone.

It is old and needs updating washing machine (plus detergent was empty) and some others. Some equipments like hair drier were broken. The price was reasonable, and it may justify its quality.

We’ve stayed at Wintergreen for over 25 years and love this central location. You can walk to restaurants and shops and have easy access to several hiking trails. We enjoyed coffee in the morning and drinks in the afternoon on both decks that offer lovely views. There was enough room for our girl’s gathering of five to be comfortable.
