Quick birthday trip for my 10 year old! Place was great and comfortable. Great location near Avalanche Bay Waterpark. Kids enjoyed the place so much will look at coming in the summer!

The property was excellent for our ski trip. Very close proximity to all the restaurants and shops in downtown Boyne City and approximately a 5-mile drive to Boyne Mountain. Despite the wintery conditions we were able to navigate where we needed to with ease. My family really enjoyed our stay, and we will look to stay here again.

We stayed for the weekend and walked to the market, pub, and beach - kids loved how close we were to the water and splash pad.

We had such a blast! This house is in such a great fun location! Beds are very comfortable and such a homey feeling! Back patio is great for family dinners! Neighbors are also all very kind!

Excellent location for the beach and close to several golf courses. The home was very clean and cozy. We loved relaxing and having dinner out on the deck after a long day of golf.

We loved Robert’s place in Boyne city- it was perfect for a quick stay for a nearby wedding. Our two young girls loved the loft and toys and it was perfect for us and my in-laws. Great walkability to Boyne City (beaches, restaurants, brewery) and well appointed with everything we needed. Highly recommend and would stay again happily should we return!

One half hour to Charlevoix and Petoski. This property is perfectly located! The property itself is better than the pictures and description. Clean and tastefully decorated. Good entertainment setup and comfortable living room. The kitchen was well appointed with lots of counter space and met my pet peeve... Sharp knives! The back deck off the kitchen was really nice and a great place to have coffee in the morning and or dinner in the evening, The bedrooms are comfortable and the bathrooms are clean and a good size. My family really enjoyed our stay and would highly recomend this property!

Rob’s home was perfect for our girl’s getaway in Boyne City. The location of this property to the city is excellent. It’s an easy 5 minute walk to all the shops and restaurants that Boyne has to offer. The cleanliness and attention to details were highlights of this home.
