Wonderful host and wonderful place to stay in Seville. Super attentive and helpful. Everything was clean and well prepared. Definitely recommend.

La ubicación. Muy cerca del Sánchez Pizjúan ( 10 minutos andando) y a 25 minutos andando al centro de Sevilla. Tienes tiendas muy cerca, el centro comercial a 10minutos y locales para comer al lado de casa. En Enero que es cuando nosotros estuvimos, en la calle había zonas donde podáis aparcar sin problemas.

Las almohadas eran muy bajas. Las camas de la habitación secundaria muy altas . La plaza del parking no es muy cómoda a la hora de aparcar un coche medio-grande. Hay que maniobrar bastante. La TV no estaba sincronizada con el router de la casa. Las indicaciones de la casa no son las correctas ya que te dejan al otro lado de la entrada. Tenéis que pedir las coordenadas de la entrada al parking para llegar bien. En estos momentos la zona está de obras y para acceder el GPS te marea un poco la verdad. Pero son cosas menores, el apartamento está muy bien.

Desde el principio la atención de Gerry fue súper cercana y amable. Nos puso todas las facilidades para el check in y el check out y estuvo muy atento de que estuviéramos cómodas y contentas. El apartamento está limpísimo, amplio y cubre con creces todas las necesidades para pasar una estancia corta en Sevilla. Tanto las camas como el sofá cama son súper cómodos. Nos encantó. El parking es amplio y la zona tranquila y muy cómoda para moverte por la ciudad. ¡Sin duda, repetiremos! EXCEPCIONAL EN TODO

Very clean, comfortable, spacious and very well equipped flat in a quiet neighbourhood. The host was very organised and communicated very well with us, before, during and after the stay (we forgot a kids tablet there and they’ve very kindly offered to post it back to us). The lady we met was also very friendly. The wifi was good as well as the air con. Bonus was the underground parking which was completely secure.

It was very nice and comfortable for our family of 5! Had a good washer and drying racks.

There were lots of construction going on but it was not the fault of the owner. We had a very pleasant stay and Neil was great when he greeted us:)

Large, clean, comfortable apartment. Well equipped kitchen and living room. Convenient location - within walking distance from the main attractions. Next to the cafe, supermarket with fresh pastries, pharmacies, bank. Excellent, safe underground parking under the apartments - it was important for us. Wonderful attentive owner! I highly recommend!

Very big appartment. A lot of space for 6 adults. A huge kitchen and toilet Beds very confortable.. Near the public transport or 30 min by foot of the historic part or 15 min by foot of plaza Espana. The host Gerry was so friendly and helpful. Everething perfect. The parking is in the building if you need. A +..
