Great experience 👌🏻

I really liked it. I have been to Blue Mountain several times to different hotels and this has been one of my favorites. Highly recommended.

There was only something that I did not like and that I read in the comments on Google Maps but I did not think it was true 🫣 the bed, it is not how one imagines it, it is very hard or I do not know how to explain but it does not have a pleasant night, we woke up with back pain.

Very good

Absolutely loved the layout of the room. It was gorgeous and very spacious. Full kitchen made things even easier for us. Close to all amenities.

The bedsheets had a stain which made is a little uncomfortable, fortunately they did have space bedding in the room so we ended having to change our own bedding... Went to enjoy the hot tub before our 3 hour drive home, got let in, got in the hot tub and then were told us and everyone else enjoying the outdoors had to leave as hey had scheduled maintenance that none of he staff were aware of. A bit disappointing that we went offered any compensation for that part as the pool akd hot tub were included in the price. The one thing that bothered me was that if you have any issues at all you are expected to email thr owner who is not on site and told not to go to the staff as "they can't help you" it's literally written in the book they leave for you. Luckily for us the young lady at the front was very pleasant.

Told we could not get into the room for sure until 4 but i got a message on my phone available at 1

Brought our own food and would like to have had some information in the binder about trails and places to visit while there.

A small guest service area in the front to ask questions.

Amazing amazing amazing. Would love to visit again. Great location with outdoor patio as well. Can comfortably sleep four people if two don't mind sleeping on the sofa bed

The throw cover on the sofa was causing us a bit of an itch and I would advise all linens and quilts to be aired after each customer leaves.

the location of this property was prime but the interior of the unit was extremely dated and smelled off.

Comfortable, private, highly recommended and will definitely be returning.

Really enjoyed our stay here. The property manager was incredibly helpful and responsive! The amenities were fantastic, literally had everything, towels, toiletries, kitchen well stocked, bathroom very clean and lots of storage space. Electric fireplace was pretty to watch and kept the place cozy and comfortable. Deck area was private and comfortable with Muskoka chairs. Close to all shopping, entertainment and very quiet area just to relax and unwind. Perfect space for a couple’s getaway. Highly recommended and will definitely be returning.

The location was easy to find it, We didn’t have include the breakfast

The first thing that I consider when I want to rest is the quite, The heating was so noisy when it turns on or off, All night we have heard that scaring noisy! There weren’t enough shampoos needed in three days of staying. Another thing is about the sheets, in three days we have the necessary to remove the sheets and there weren’t anyone.

Will be returning!

This place was wonferful! Kitchen equipped with pretty much everything. Instructions for check in etc were easy to follow. Bed nice and large. Bathroom and shower were lovely. Perfect size for a couple!

great location nice and clean horrible sleep due to furnace

it saw close to everything we came for.

the fire place made a very loud noise when on. aswell as the actual furnace or heater for the room when it turned on and off though the night waking me and my parter every hour or so. poor sleep due to that

The bed seemed to have plastic under the sheets which meant that everytime I or my husband moved throughout the night, there was a loud noice. This definitely needs to be sorted as it impacted our quality of sleep.

The room was super cozy and nice for 3 people.

The sound of the heater was loud, but I slept through it just fine.

In unit 507, the fireplace needs to be repaired. The fan makes noise and is pretty loud. So water droplets don’t accumulate on the ceiling, make a sign to tell the visitors to turn on the bathroom ceiling fan while taking a shower. The unit also needs a few more pots and pans.

Loved our stay, would book this unit again in the future.

The unit was perfect for our stay. Well equipped with everything you would need.

The only thing, is my wife would have liked a full length mirror.
