Paperbacks, magazines and children’s games. French Windows loading onto tiled patio with 4 sun loungers, tables and 4 chairs. Kitchen - Breakfast Bar, 4 stools, cooker-oven and fridge freezer. Kettle, toaster, microwave, iron and ironing board, crockery, cutlery, pots and pans are kept underneath Breakfast Bar. Glasses and Mugs etc. are kept in cupboards above sink. Bedroom 1 - Overlooking Pool, has 1 double bed, 6 drawer chest unit, 2 bedside units, large fitted wardrobes, shuttered windows to outside and windows to inner with security grill to allow air flow, with a built in safe for valuables inside wardrobe. Bedroom 2 - 2 single beds, 6 drawer chest unit, TV-DVD player with windows onto back garden again with shutters and security grill to allow air flow, large fitted wardrobe. Master Bathroom – Windows onto back garden, fully tiled and comprises walk-in shower, toilet, bidet, hand basin and cupboard storage area. Bathroom 2 - Situated behind the kitchen, with window onto back garden is fully tiled with shower, toilet and hand basin, with security door and grill leading onto back garden patio with washing line. The Apartment is situated in the Old Town and is a 4-5 minute walk to the Old Harbour. To the New Town is it a 4-5 minute walk the other way. Old and New Town have Restaurants, Bars, Supermarkets and Banks. In the Apartment there are Maps on the wall showing places of interest on the island and also on the Notice Board above the Breakfast Bar is all the information you will need regarding the Apartment. All Bedding and Towels are changed weekly. The Apartment is situated on a hill so use the next door Biospar shopping centre which has elevators and escalators to bring you to Apartment level.

Lovely apartment that's well equipped and comfortable ! with great access to the harbour and the beach !
We just stayed for 3 weeks with my two young children , we absolutely loved it , the pool was fab for the kids and all the neighbours were amazingly helpful and friendly .
Can't wait to go back and hopefully spend even longer there x

My husband, our two children ages 8 and 9 and myself spent 12 nights here end end of July into August. It's in a perfect location right beside the pool. I read reviews here that say the pool was cold but for us we didn't find that at all. It was actually quite warm yet refreshing. There is a lovely big area outside the appartment to sit with sun loungers, tables and chairs with a Fab view of the pool and the sea in the horizon. It's just picture perfect!
The appartment has everything you need including a smart TV and good WIFI connection.
Just across from the appartment is a shopping center with many shops including a Mc Donalds which closes at 11.
The spar shop there is very handy for the essentials. There is also a lift you can use just outside the spar shop to take you up the hill and across from the appartment. This saves you having to walk up the hill to get to the apartment as it is located at the top of a hill which can be quite tiring to walk up in the heat, so definitely saves you some leg work.
All shops and bars are just a short walk away with plenty to choose from.
Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely visit again as host and cleaner where really helpful and friendly.

Great stay,

Perfect spot in great location.
We've just returned from a 5 night stay at Maurice's apartment only wish we could of stayed for longer!
The apartment is in the best spot on the complex with direct access to the pool. Some other holiday makers we spoke to had "patio envy" we've passed on your details to them!!
We particularly liked that we had a BBQ and we used it 3 times during our short stay.
The other residents and guests were all very friendly and helpful. David in particular was a very funny character!!
The complex and property are slightly older than a lot of places we've stayed but having all the amenities we needed this wasn't a problem.
The pool was a bit cold but we still used it every day.
Thanks for letting us stay in your apartment and we wouldn't hesitate to book again. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Four of us stayed for two weeks in September. We all love Lanzarote, especially the old town of Puerto del Carmen. Maurice’s apartment was very comfortable and in a perfect location. The only minus for us was that the pool was very cold even in September, so that’s why only 4 stars. We hope to return to Lanzarote next year and would love to stay in Maurice’s apartment again. Lovely apartment in a perfect location

Very content and happy customer
I would like to thank the owners and staff who made our stay in Lanzarote relaxing and enjoyable.
The apartment is fantastically located in the Old Town, right next to a shopping centre that has all your daily needs.
The bars and restaurants and the bottom of the hill are a 2 min walk away and the marina is not much further.
I would recommend that visitors come to this apartment, with a shared pool and sun all day, its to die for.

My partner & I stayed at this apartment from 12th December 2016 to the 6th February 2017.
We had a glorious two months! The apartment could do with a little modernising, and the pool was cold - but apart from that it is very cozy and comfortable, very spacious and well equipped.
Nearly every holiday we go on, I either change rooms or apartment's on the first day we arrive, but not this one. I absolutely loved this place from day one up until going home. It is a home away from home, and the location is great. It's near all the shops and restaurants but so quiet you can hear a pin drop when you're sat on the terrace - day or night - and the view is lovely.
The woman who changes your bedding and towels is lovely and is only a phone call away if you need her.
If you walk slowly like us it will take you about 10 min to get to the beach, and the same the other way to the harbour, where the restaurants are first class, and there are so many to choose from.
The bus stop to all the other resorts is only 3 min walk away. There is also a big Lidl supermarket near by.
We had a wonderful time and will definitely be going back there.
The owner is also very helpful, nothing is too much trouble.

Can't wait to return!
The apartment is on a small complex of around 19 privately owned apartments. Some owners live permanently on site, others use their apartments for holidaying. Going in August we met quite a few of the owners and all were very friendly indeed.
There is a lovely unheated pool, which although small was perfect as often we found we had it to ourselves which was pure bliss. This apartment has an enviable position being so close to the pool; a mere four steps from the terrace. Perfect!
The apartment is just as per the photos and description. It's location is ideal being 5/10mins walk from the harbour, the beach, and the popular 'strip'. It is also right next door to the Biosfera shopping centre with restaurants, a Spar and lots of fantastic shops. Perfect for an air-conditioned break from the sun.
We hired a car and there was ample parking on the streets around the apartment.
Dealing with Maurice was an absolute pleasure, as was meeting Beryl, the apartment manager. As a family we certainly hope to return, sooner rather than later.

Perfect apartment in perfect location
What a gem of a find this apartment was!
Situated in a perfect location right next to the Biosfera shopping centre only a 5 minute walk from the harbour in the old town to the right and 5 minutes to the left you are on the main strip of Puerto Del Carmen.
The apartment itself is a good size with two bedrooms, one double one twin. There are two bathrooms the main one with a huge walk in shower.
The kitchen was most well equipped with a full size gas oven and all the utensils you could possibly need (I even cooked a full roast on Sunday).
The living room is also very well equipped with flat screen tv, DVD player, music system and the property has wifi! Very homely with fresh clean white walls and lots of canvas pictures and flowers, beautiful!
The most amazing front patio two steps from the pool is a real sun trap with views of the sea and plenty of sun loungers, patio table and chairs.
The apartment was spotless thanks to Beryl who looks after the property for Maurice the owner. A lovely lady who pops by regularly to make sure you have everything you need without being at all intrusive.
With regard to the booking procedure I cannot praise Maurice highly enough, his attention to detail regarding the booking process and info during the stay is brilliant!
There are many restaraunts and bars within easy walking distance (Kristians has the best food in PDC) and Cafe La Ola is a great place to chill with food and drink and even a shisha if that floats your boat. Wonderful setting right by the sea.
The complex is very quiet and peaceful even though you are within a few minutes walk to everything you could possibly need.
I would definitely recommend this apartment to all my friends and family and will return as soon and as often as I can!!

Perfect Location
My husband and i stayed here for a week in november. The apartment is located just on the edge of the old town centrally located for shops and is less than a five minuet walk from the nearest supermarket. The apartment is clean and comfortable and has everything you need for a home away from home holiday. My husband is a golfer and the nearest course is a 10 minuet drive away but the taxi service is right on the doorstep via the Biosfera. El Golfo restaurant is on the high street and is family run, the food is excellent and really good value for money. The pool is just outside the front door and you even get a sea view. The manager is two minuets away and nothing is too much trouble for her. All in all i would highly recommend this apartment and will be certainly going back.

Perfect location
This is an older apartment furnished in old Spanish style. The decor etc is a bit tired but the location is superb, a few minutes walk from a very good supermarket and five minutes walk from the beach, restaurants etc. the terrace is immediately adjacent to the pool and with a sea view. We booked this only days before we left and Maurice did everything he could to ensure our stay was as we'd hoped. Would definitely stay again.

Wonderful Holiday
We are a family of four, two kids aged 15 and 12 and this apartment was excellent for all. Beautiful quaint rustic apartment with authentic holiday charm. Apartment has everything one would need and more, pool directly outside apartment was luxurious. Superb location. Old town is beautiful during daytime, for daytime strolls, perhaps a swim by the harbour, a spot of lunch. New town is ideal for evening / nighttime with a huge selection of fabulous restaurants and bars, the beautiful sandy beach runs the whole stretch of the new town , which is roughly 5km. Maurice was a pleasure to deal with as was Beryl who was on hand to help with any query you may have had. Don't hesitate to book this apartment you will love it. Cannot wait to return. X

Brilliant holiday!!
Had a brilliant holiday in Puerto del Carmen staying at Maurice's apartment at the beginning of May.
The apartment is perfectly situated between the new and old towns, giving you the best of both worlds. Having the shopping centre next door is really handy for all your shopping/grocery needs.
It has all the amenities you want; wifi, TV, towels/linen, books to borrow etc and is really comfortable and welcoming.
The pool being directly outside the apartment was excellent and there were plenty of sunbeds to use.
We had fantastic weather and the notice board in the apartment has great recommendations for places to go, bars and restaurants to try etc which we made use of!
We have been going to Maurice's every few years and it gets better each time!
Already looking forward to the next time :)

Well placed property
Quiet location on the edge of the old town, a short walk from the harbour and some good restaurants. The Beosphere shopping mall across the road has a handy supermarket. There is a small convenient rear entrance opposite the apartment gate. The apartment was clean and well looked after with a south facing suntrap balcony overlooking the pool.. Bus services and taxis run from the bus stop outside the main entrance to the Beosphere. We were 4 OAPs so it was good value for money.

Great location and amenities ,had two weeks of sunshine. Couple of minutes walk to the old town,will find you great resturants,and entertainment. Lots to see and do on the island. Maurices apartment is perfect,and just been redecorated, The new TV with UK programs is a welcome addition . Happy to recommend to all. (Pools a bit o the chilly side}
