The 7 bedroom option is a lockout, meaning the third floor will be locked and not for use. With ideal location in the heart of Gulf Shores, enjoy many restaurants and shops within walking distance! There is a spacious balcony on every floor for enjoying breathtaking views. On the first floor of the house, you'll find a state of the art kitchen, a large and cozy living room with a flat screen TV, and a dining table. Also on this floor are the first 2 bedrooms, one with 2 queen beds, and the other with 3 twin over twin bunks. These bedrooms share a bathroom with a shower/tub combo. Head to the second floor to find the rest of the chicly decorated bedrooms! There are 5 bedrooms on the second floor: 3 of them contain 2 queen beds each, and the other 2 each have a King bed. We had an amazing vacation at what I think is the best place in Gulf Shores. It is close enough to walk to all the fun stuff and avoid sitting in traffic. The nights were quiet. We left our bedroom window open and listened to waves all night. Plenty of beds, plenty of bathrooms, plenty of kitchen and dining/gaming space. I can’t recommend this house enough. I know it’s pricey, and I am super cheap, but it was worth every cent and I’m so happy we chose it.

Didn't have enough towels, didn't have any extra toilet paper, the trash container was always full, the pool was always dirty, there was sand on the beds , when we got there the house had a lot of sand when we entered, and they never cleaned the community area, the drawers in the rooms were full of trash, and the elevator never worked.

The house was perfect for 3 families. Plenty of room with extra room if needed. It is beach front with a pool that was shared between all 4 units. The pool had a lot of sand in it and we called maintenance and they were very prompt in cleaning/vacuuming the pool. There was a bar/restaurant, mainly bar, directly behind the unit behind this one. Public beach access right beside, therefore on Saturday and Sunday, we had to set up by 7am to get a spot, otherwise it was elbow to elbow...although it was a Memorial Day Weekend. We grilled out every night and they had very nice grills downstairs that were perfect for grilling everything from ribs to steak for 15-20 people. All in all, the place was very nice and very roomy and very new. The management company was very responsive and the house was convenient to everything. Parking was great. Would stay here again.
