It was clean, no insects in the apartment, free parking lot directly in front of the apartment, free aperitif when arriving, fast check-in, very friendly and courteous staff, very good equipment, nice furniture.

Everything was perfect. No complains.

Flat is located in an alley where you can find several kitchens from restaurants, so there is all the time strong food smell, specially fried fish. The apartment wasn't properly cleaned, full of dust and cigarettes on the balcon. The host welcomed us almost running as he is as well working on the restaurant nearby. Not the best way you want to be welcomed. When I asked where I can find an ATM (as they expect payment in Euros - please remember that Croatia uses Kuna) I was given the indications and the request of leaving my ID till I bring the money. Definitely not the way of welcoming guests. All in all, I wouldn't choose again this place.

Accomodation was super clean. We had everything what we needed. Sandy and also rocky Beach is 5 minute walking. Market is near the house. Owners are really nice and they have gelateria and stela maris restaurant right next to the house. We paid cash in € for accomodation. We really enjoyed our vacation. Thank you!

Small and cosy studio apartment with everything you need, and fairly close to the family beach. The balcony was decent-sized and had a movable roof so you can stargaze at night and stay in the shade during the day.

Would be happier with more kitchenware

Kotoro in Umag is cute place - village equipped with everything you need. Variety of beaches, grocery shops, restaurants, watter sport and bike rentals nearby. Apoartment had everything included TV, comfortable seating on the balcony. Extremly nice owners and personel. We felt like royal family :-). We would love to arrive next year definitely again

The apartment is new, clean, great parking in front of the house. There is a well-equipped kitchen (amazing pan, which is rear), how the place is organized is great. A short walk to a pebbly beach, ice cream and snack bar in the same house (same owner). Nice and welcoming staff.

The macro location is great, but it is on the small alley, behind the main street (no sounds, do not worry about that!), but the path to the sea is not regularly cleaned and it gives you a bit of weird feeling. Although everything is newly renovated, the pillows were extra big and hard (but this is our personal preference).
