The two guest bedrooms are themed … one furnished with a queen-size bed and the other with twin-size beds. This condo is immaculately maintained and beautifully furnished. This property is gorgeous and well stocked! Most place give you 2 garbage bags, and 1 roll of toilet paper. Not this place it really is the small things that make the most difference

Been doing an annual girls’ trip with myself and three undergrad roommates for several years on Sanibel Island. Thanks to Ian, our condo won’t be ready until 2024. Was looking for someplace this year that was comparable in laid back quiet feel that we’re used to. Manasota Key was perfect in that aspect! And the condo was similar to our one on Sanibel. Very clean, well stocked, beautifully appointed. The only downside is the parking. The parking spots are quite tight to get into and out of.

Location, Location, Location!
This was our first visit to Manasota Key, and after a fantastic week I think I've found our forever vacation spot and our go-to rental. Disclaimer: I'm normally not a fan of condos due to lack of privacy and crowded beachfront, so our norm is to stay in a house. For this stay, we couldn't find a house to meet our needs so we opted for this condo (in my mind, I was settling). From the moment we entered, all of my condo qualms flew out the balcony sliding doors! This place definitely won me over. Pictures simply don't do it justice! It's VERY spacious - you literally feel like you have your own wing so you're never on top of each other should you be traveling with other couples as we did. It's nicely decorated, open, bright, airy - everything you want in a vacation rental. It's centrally located and within walking distance of restaurants, bars and Stump Pass Beach State Park. We visited the 2nd week of July and the beach wasn't at all crowded. I hate a squishy beach, but we never felt that there were people on top of us or that we had to hurry out early to claim our spot. Kitchen is well stocked - we found everything we needed except an ice cream scoop which was easily remedied after a trip to Wal-Mart. We had a problem with the stovetop, but Justin from the rental agency came right away and not only fixed the issue (as it turns out, it was user error), but gave us a good list of restaurants and must-dos while we were in the area. We are already planning a return trip next year!

Gorgeous property
This condo is amazing. So beautiful, spacious and comfortable.
My only complaint is the balcony furniture. I would prefer comfortable seating for hanging out instead of a dining table. Otherwise we loved it.

Beautiful and spacious unit. Pictures don’t do this property justice! Everything everyone needed, plenty of towels! Perfect place in a perfect area.

The condo was beautiful! Perfectly equipped and even nicer than the pictures showed. Thoughtful decorating and you could tell the owners cares about their property.
Only disappointing thing. Was the pool, the location was in the back of the building, not very inviting.
Management company was the best ever!!!

Feel the breeze, hear the waves, see the beach and ocean right in front of you. A few steps to uncrowded beach. Unit very large and nicely furnished. A dozen restaurants 3 to 10 minute drive. Complex very small easy to make your own for the week.
