Quiet neighborhood. The property was clean and easy to find. We were not there much but it looked like a great place to hang out; absolutely no complaints!

Perfect location for activities in the Denver area. Easy access to the front range - within an hour of great hiking. Added bonus is the Highline Canal Trail a block away for running and walking. Would stay again.

House was clean and the owners were super easy to communicate with! LOVE the giant island in the kitchen!

Spacious living areas. Nice kitchen but could use some new frying pans. We had a good stay.

The property was clean and spacious. We had two families staying there, and we had plenty of room for sleeping and playing games and hanging out. The property was well stocked and the property manager was easy to work with and easy to contact and quick to respond. I will rent this property again when I am in the Denver area.

We chose to stay at this property for the weekend of my daughter's wedding (there were seven of us). It was perfect. Spacious, clean and the location was very convenient for our purposes. I highly recommend!

Enjoyed our stay ... a few glitches but property manager took care of it immediately! Would like to see stainless steel pots & pans since Teflon causes cancer !

This property is spacious, and in a great location.....very convenient. Property manager was quick to remedy any questions or concerns. We would consider this property again, it can use a bit of updating but nice size and superior location with comfortable beds

It was very quiet and cozy and the host responded to our concerns in a timely manner. Would definitely stay there again. Overall a good stay.

The house was immaculate and clean, the host was wonderful and we checked in with no issues. Our trip was flawless and will definitely be booking again!

Broken furnace upon arrival, very cold in house for 6 hours, dirty linen and towels piled on washer, only 3 clean towels for 12 adults, property owner asked if we would disconnect hoses or they “would explode”. Shared feedback about only having 3 clean towels and owner responded with several messages suggesting we were lying because she had photo proof. She then offered to “drive an hour” to clean the towels, which we accepted and she said “it’s not necessary because I have proof” you had more than 3 towels. She then suggested I was wasting her time because she was spending precious time with her family. Keep in mind, we paid to rent her property including a cleaning fee. I asked her to share the towel photos and she refused. Very unprofessional and condescending in her messages. We were visiting Colorado for our daughters wedding and had to deal with this property owner’s complete lack of professionalism. I would never recommend anyone rent from this owner. Such a distressing experience during what was supposed to be a happy time for us. I took photos of all of her messages.... as “proof”. If I need to share those, I won’t hesitate so I can help someone else avoid this.

Overall a good stay. A little smaller than the pictures made it seem but still worked great for family including kids/teens. Basement allowed for them to hang away from adults which they loved.

Perfect for a family that wants to spread out a bit. We needed a place in Littleton, the location was perfect. Inside was well appointed. Coffee, shampoo, etc provided which was appreciated! Master bathroom shower is a little small. I would suggest enhancing curb appeal a little. (Trim bushes, add ornamental landscaping). I would have liked to check in before 4pm. We had a car full of luggage and people and our flight landed in the morning. Having a spot to drop and freshen up would have been super. Great property overall!

The property was in a good location, clean and everything was in good working order. We would definitely rent this property again.

What a blessing this place turned out to be for this week! Our large family had Christmas, 2 birthdays and the wedding of our eldest son this week! We were comfy here and had everything we needed! We appreciated the open concept and lovely, simple decor. When it snowed, someone showed up to shovel the drive. The nearby park was great, too! We had electrical issues with 2 bedrooms that were never resolved, unfortunately, but we were so busy having fun we made do without it. Overall a GREAT place which we’ll definitely come back to!

Our stay at this property was great! The instructions/ notes from Adam were necessary and helpful. The house is very nice and is accurate to the listing. The home was very clean except for a few dirty dishes possibly left by the prior guest. Adam left a nice welcome notebook with tips for the house and area that was very nice. There were some issues with a number of outlets that didn't work as well as an entire room without power. It was an extra room and a short stay so it was ok but still worth mentioning. If the stay was longer I would be quite displeased with the shower in the master but it got the job done. The beds were very comfy and clean with more than enough linens. All in all, we all really liked the home and it was perfect for a nice getaway.

Arrived at 10 PM after a long day of travel to receive a message that house was not ready/cleaned. Was offered one King bed hotel room for 5 people to replace 4 bd/3 bath/2300 sq ft house. Told person this was unacceptable and they said they didn't work with the rental company or owner but were just their messenger and I would have to call the rental company. After numerous calls I realized rental company was not going to bother to pick up. So I told the messenger that I planned to book two suites with sufficient space to come close to the size of the house and to fit five people who needed 4 separate rooms. Of course I had to do all the work to find a replacement since the rental company people were taking the night off even though there was a known issue with one of their rentals. My receipts were later rejected by the rental company who only partially reimbursed me saying there was a $ limit (which I was not informed of) effectively equal to the room rate. However, replacing a 2300 sq ft house with a hotel was never going to be possible at that limit. Shouldn't the Seller have to provide a comparable replacement? I had to fight hard with the rental company to get back ~75% of what I spent, not to mention nothing for the inconvenience and headache of booking my own hotel replacements at the airport while wrangling my children and trying to deal with luggage and rental cars and then the hours spent fighting to get back ~75%. As to the house, the pictures and description are very misleading. The house is not "NEW!". Not even close. There is mold and mildew in all of the bathrooms. We are talking shades of black and brown pretty much everywhere on what used to be white grout. Really gross. The toilets are so small that a normally endowed man cannot sit to go to the bathroom comfortably and these aren't the kind of toilets you want to be touching the inside of. The heat and single pane windows make for a very uncomfortable temperature, either blazing hot (in the bedrooms when you are trying to sleep) or cold (in the main rooms). The place is incredibly poorly stocked (eg, two coffee mugs, a few pots and pans, no paper towels). I tried out three of the mattresses. One was fine, two cheap and uncomfortable. Would never stay here again and would never book any of the properties via Evolve Vacation Rentals. Oh and HomeAway did nothing but allegedly put a complaint on record and say that it is really the owner/seller's issue not theirs.

Overall the house was perfect for my family visiting from out of state. The neighborhood was nice and since all the leaves were off the trees we had great views of the mountains from the kitchen and far west bedroom windows. Really appreciate how the garage is available for use, especially when it snowed the first night my family was here. The thermostat was set to a certain temperature and even if we tried lowering it, it seemed to creep back up, so we were very hot at night. We also ran out of paper towels after the first day of our stay and when I asked where we could find more I was told each reservation gets on roll and that was the end of that communication. So we had no paper towels unless we bought them ourselves.

Very nice & clean place. Property located close to shopping, also close to the Littleton center. We would stay again during graduation if the place is large enough for the amount of guest that will be attending

Great place to stay in a nice quiet neighborhood. House was very clean and within minutes of good restaurants and grocery store. Location was perfect to get to places around the Denver area pretty quickly. Definitely recommended to anyone planning on visiting Denver area.

This home had lots of sleeping space, lots of parking, and was in a fantastic location. We had difficulty communicating with the property managers about extending our stay. Overall, it was great for our family.
