Protaras Villa Olivia Pearl is located in one of the best areas of Protaras just 300meters from Central Protaras Strip and 500 meters from Sunrise Beach while Fig Tree Bay is a comfortable 15 minute walk along the beach. Within a 1 km radius you will find a clinic, pharmacy, restaurants, bars, shops, supermarkets, water-sports, organised beaches and much more. Protaras offers numerous beaches, good nightlife and is the ideal holiday destiination especially for families with children.There are many beautiful beaches in the area that are worth visiting and lots of water sports on offer (pedalos, diving, canoeing and para-sailing etc). Protaras also offers a plethora of good local and international restaurants and a thriving night-life in the summer months and all within walking distance from the villa. There is also a water park and aquarium that are great for children of all ages. The water park, the biggest in the Middle East, can be found just outside of Ayia Napa and is only 14km away. The aquarium is a 5-min drive. Within 3 minutes’ drive you can get to Golden Coast Fishing Harbour the romantic Sirina Bay or the child friendly Kalamies Beach. Konnos Bay is a 8 minutes'drive in the oposite direction. The coastal walkway linking Protaras Centre with Pernera is beautiful and flat making it easily accessible with pram or wheelchair. Along the walkway can be found some stunning little 'secret' restaurants and cafes where you can stop for breakfast, coffee or dinner. It is the perfect place to sit at the end of the day, just a meter or two from the sea. Listed Prices include 250KWh of electricity per week which is more than enough for normal use of the house. Additional electricity consumption is charged at Euro0.40/Kwh. For stays shorter than 5 nights there is a surcharge of Euro150 over and above the total booking amount. This property is suited for families. No parties or celebrations of any kind for any reason are allowed without the consent of the host. This is a residential property and we require guests to respect the neighbourhood and keep noise to acceptable and reasonable levels at all times. Failure to observe these rules may result in the guest being asked to vacate the property without any compensation. For Heated Pool option there is an additional charge of 40euro per night with minimum 5 nights. Please note that we need a notice of two days to heat the pool.
