Great resort. Food was delicious for what we are used in all inclusive restaurants. Pools and room are clean. Perfect stay for family trip.

I had a situation when I needed support from the staff in the restaurant and couldn't explain in bulgarian which is strange since the hotel is in Sunny beach.

Very kid friendly place with awesome playground ,kids pools and fun animation at evenings. Our housekeeper cleaned our room very well after request from us. I guess the food was ok.

Dirty and cold pools. Not much hygiene at the eating areas. Very noisy at evenings and afternoons with drunk people shouting and music banging. Did I mention the large green pool full with balls of filth rolling at the bottom of it? Almost every guest on site was sick and those who where not got sick after that. If you want to take a shower in the bathroom you have to waste around 10 cubics of cold water before any sign hot water decides to show up.

Housing, food, drinks, facilities, staff, location... It was very clean everywhere... very good management...

The beach.... and parking - not the same for all guests for the same price...

The room was very spacious, clean and confortable. Nice size balcony The pool aeria very nice, lifeguards very attentive to the kids. Slides wore fun (could have been more) The food decent, not wow but i am kinda picky so dont take my word for it. My husband and daugher liked it.

Pretty far from the beach (we liked to walk in the evening, not take the shuttle bus), around 25 - 30 min walk The bed matress was very very soft and bouncy (no suport for the back). To the point that i wake up every time my husband moved at night Animation team had games for kids, also the evening show was mostly for the kids. I would try to involve more the adults too. I get that is a family resort and the kids need fun...but commonnn... how many bad magic shows can we see?? :(( Food and drinks - as i saied...i am picky but for me that was not a 4 star service (my husband and daughter like the food thow) Low number of lifelines at the slides. Most of the times u had to give it after 1 round (if u are a decent civil human being) and wait in line for a new one

cleanliness. pool toilets should be checked and cleaned more regularly. the chambermaid did not do a thorough enough job cleaning the hotel rooms.

That you had many facilities which you could have used.

Many things: 1. The first thing I have noticed when I entered the room was the dirt. It was very dirty on the floor, you could feel the dirt on your feet. There were a lot of big spider webs in the top corners of the room. 2. We didn’t get any shampoo or shower gel in the bathroom for 8 days. The soap was replaced only once in the whole stay. 3. The water in the pools was way too cold, especially in the kid’s pool, which doesn’t really make sense. The water in the children’s pool was colder than the water in the bigger pools. 4. The staff wasn’t very nice or welcoming and a lot of them didn’t understand english, which made it difficult to communicate with them. 5. The location is far away from the beach and what is apparently “their” private beach which is included in the “All-Inclusive” package, is a very abandoned beach with a bar where actually nothing is included. 6. If you do not have cash you cannot benefit from nothing from the extra facilities, like good coffee. You can only pay with cash everywhere in the resort. 7. BTW. the coffee (if I can call it that way) is really horrible. 8. Because the rooms were not very clean, and the restaurant wasn’t that splendid either, I can only assume that having A LOT of guests could produce an actual health hazard because it’s doesn’t seem to have very good sanitation standards. Which may be the reason why ALL of our group of 7 families have had some kind of sickness during or after the vacation. During the vacation we had to visit the emergency room 3 times (seperate families). Btw. the local emergency room is actually a private clinic, which costs. I recommend you make a travel insurrance.

The food was great. Very diversified and fresh.

When we arrived the person from reception told that the room was changed from double to suite. But that was not true. We olso told the receptionist that we have a 7 months baby and we what a room in a quiet place and he gave us a room near the entrance of the hotel where was a lot of noise. The bathroom wasn't very clear. We have to pay for the parking lot, but they parket us in am andeveloped plots, at first we pay 50 Leva/7 nights, after they asked for more. The beach is to far away, 15 min with the car, at last 20 min walking. And the beach was full of garbage and we couldn't get it to the water because of the stones.

I liked the pools, and the food was always fresh.

We booked a pool view room, and they gave us a broked shead view room. They didn't give us the room we booked. Instead they gave us an old room, that was not cleaned properly. It was suppose to have shampoo, conditioner and sope, instead it had a bottle with a broken cap that was shampoo, soap, shower gel and conditioner all in one. The TV was not working, the door looked like it was broken before and was not repaired. There were spider webs all over the place. The building we were in was far from the parking lot, and we were not allowed to take the luggage there by car, so we had to carry everything for 2 adults and 2 children. And the road We asked the staff to gives us the room we booked, but they said they were all booked and had no other room available. The slides and children's pools are ok. They are suppose to be open from 10 until 18. But they are closed from 12, until 14, and the water on the slides is turned off at 16:30, so you only have access for about 4 and a half hours every day, instead of 8 hours, like the presentation says.
