Nothing at all

It smelt damp, there were stains all over the sofa, I complained and no one got back in touch just kept sending emails saying they hoped I enjoyed my stay which was insulting

Shower door came off in wifes hand and struck her head, extremely dangerous. No toilet rolls in bathrooms, had to go searching in all cupboards, it was as if cleaners hadn't set the apartment up. Sofa heavily stained and soiled, did not feel comfortable to use it. Don't think you'll have a good night's rest unless your used to sleeping on springs that you WILL feel all of. Also constant water flowing in bathroom sink will add to lack of sleep. Walls are all stained and marked, the apartment doesn't look anything like the photos and deffinately not worth the price. Advertises a coffee machine but don't think that there will be any complimentary pods as there is absolutely zero complimentary bits supplied. Shower is missing cap ends leaving rough edges and areas of bacteria/mold forming. Lack of responce from landlord, I've given chance to discuss prior to this review but there is no responsibility

Location was great, kitchen had everything you need. It was warm and the bed were comfortable.

The bedding wasn't changed from the previous guests, the bath towels weren't changed and were still damp from the previous guests. The host never replied once to any of my calls or messages about this problem.

Just the location

Well the state of the place was awful, it has woodworm ,damp ,loose fittings ,dirty walls with splashes on ,unclean sofa and generally unclean ,we left after 5 days I. After service a disgrace ,proprietor doesn't seem to exist .

Very desirable apartment and a serene location with good attractions..... Good value for money

it’s location worked well for where we needed

none of the facilities worked or were in good working order. the photos I have don’t show the true state of unkempt this property is in. I have 15+ more showing various dirty areas from the kitchen to cobwebs in hall to broken hob switches etc etc washing machine (our main priority does not work) shower was grotty hobs buttons broken dry horse broken walls dirty used dirty towels in one room no bedroom light working in main room kettle disgusting inside and out and broken switch on it cobwebs everywhere main toilet blocks every time it was used (not used any different to any other toilet used) sink loose in main bathroom tap leaks in en suite water scolding hot pots and pans useable due to coating peeling utensils covered in old food windows poor and let noise in all rooms easily windows broken and don’t open for fresh air in living room (1 window) and small bedroom. many more but that’s plenty enough to go on

Good location

Property was not clean. Fridge had been turned off and had vegetable matter in the bottom draw, the smell upon opening was horrid. We had to clean and disinfect it before we could use it. The washing machine did not work, the closing catch had been removed so it was a known fault, we had to use a lauderette at our own cost as the vendor and Booking.Com refuse to cover this cost. Half of the light bulbs were missing or not working, we had to purchase new ones and fit them ourselves. The cook top was faulty, again a known issue. The seal on the oven was hanging off. Poor cleaning, poor maintenance lets this apartment down
