Over and above general cleaning charges will deducted from the bond if the property is left dirty or there has been damage caused. * Please ensure that bins are taken out to the kerb on the nature strip with the lid closed by the night before collection day (details will be stated at the property). * Please place bins 30 cm apart and at least 1 metre from power poles and street signs. * Do not leave excess rubbish behind. Ensure empty all bins inside the house and take away all excess rubbish. Parking is on the driveway or street parking, free and unlimited. There is a 24H security camera at the front of the house. 14. Guest’s age must be over 30. This means that someone who is under the age limits cannot book a stay for themselves.
