Minutes from several parks, including Schiller Park and Scioto Audubon Metropark. ________________________________________________________ This listing is for our full duplex (both sides of the building) including our Vintage Townhome unit and Modern Townhome unit. Both units have separate entrances and basements. The first floor of each unit has a living room, dining room, kitchen and small powder room. The living rooms feature LED Smart TVs with Netflix and Sling (cable), and decorative fireplaces. The dining tables on each side seat 4-6. The kitchens in both unites are newly renovated and fully stocked. A Nespresso machine with pods is available to you during your stay, as well as a pour-over coffee dripper. Each side has a unique Y staircase leads up to the newly remodeled suites on the second floor. The spacious main suites feature a memory foam King beds, both down & down alternative pillows, and a large bathroom with an oversized walk-in shower and double vanity. *Please note that there is NO DOOR between the bedroom and bathroom inside both master suites.* Across the hall from the master suites are the guest suites, which are tiny but full of character. These bedrooms have Queen memory foam mattresses and fluffy down & down alternative pillows. The adjoining bathrooms have full showers with great water pressure, and lots of designer touches throughout. *Please note that there is NO DOOR between the bedroom and bathroom inside the guest suite* There is currently no outdoor entertaining area at this home.
