The kitchen has stainless appliances and beautiful Vermont slate counter tops. A separate space leading to the first floor bathroom has a stacked washer and dryer and a coffee bar with a Keurig. The first floor bathroom has a shower only. All three bedrooms are on the second floor. The roomy master bedroom has a king bed and a daybed with trundle (two twins). The other two bedrooms each have a queen bed. The second floor bathroom with tub/shower, has two doors--one to the hallway and the other to the master bedroom. Tenant further acknowledges and agrees that where Kinlin Grover undertakes to re-let the property, the rental fee to be charged to the substitute tenant shall be in an amount to be determined in the reasonable discretion of Kinlin Grover and Owner. Tenant agrees that any cancellation of the reservation, undertaken at any time, shall not be effective unless in writing and delivered to Kinlin Grover.
