10 minutes away from our event. Comfortable and spacious. During our time there the weather was in lower 90, AC was great. After our day at the event it was nice to come back to this very quiet spot. Great place to stay.

Our family enjoyed meeting to celebrate the holidays. The spacious kitchen and gas fireplace were very nice. Communication with Claudia was very clear and prompt. Beds were too firm for our preference.

The home was extremely clean and felt very safe. The owner was very friendly and accomodating. The porch was a wonderful place to decompress and eat dinner after a day out.

The house worked out great for our visit with our sister in Tigard. We loved having breakfast on the deck. It was so quiet and peaceful. The living room was a great place to unwind after a full day. While we didn’t use the kitchen much, it seemed to have everything one would need. Claudia was super accommodating and her roses were beautiful throughout the house. Would highly recommend this place.

I don't know where to begin! Our stay was absolutely magnificent, with every amenity carefully planned and any need skillfully anticipated. The home was securely gated and there was ample parking. The interior was tastefully decorated and very inviting. The living/entertainment area was ample with three lush leather couches, soft throws, a large screen TV, huge library and beautiful dining table. The kitchen was beautifully updated with a huge side by side fridge, double oven, dishwasher, and was outfitted with everything we needed to prepare and serve meals. There are no words to express the serene beauty and quiet the large outside deck provided after the harried and somewhat stressful Family Reunion. The three bedrooms and two full baths were warmly decorated, beds like sleeping on clouds and once each door closed, we had the sense there was no one else on earth, the quiet solitude provided just the recipe for a magnificent night's sleep. If I could give more stars, I would without reservation. It was the PERFECT rental for our long weekend. Thank you so much!

The location was just what we were looking for, and plenty of space to accommodate our family for my sister’s college graduation.
One note- a reason we chose this place was the cool outdoor space shown in the photo. However, when we arrived and during our stay, the outside space was not useable.

We could not have been happier with this peaceful, lovely home. It was the perfect gathering spot for our extended family, and was safe and secure for my 80+ year-old parents. We enjoyed getting to know our fabulous host, Claudia. Can't wait to return!

Wonderful property in a wonderful neighborhood. The home itself has lots of space and accommodated our family for everything we needed to attend a wedding in the area. Claudia is a wonderful host and we can't wait to stay here again!

Fecal matter and urine in the bathrooms! Hair all over the bathrooms and every single bed! Filthy outside, unsanitary inside! Certainly not up to covid-19 standards!! The owner feels that it's not necessary to clean the home and the owner gets away with it because Evolve and VRBO do not hold rental owners accountable for properties being clean before arrival. I spent over $1,200. Had to take my minor child to a hotel because it was unsafe! Did not spend one night there. The owner and Evolve have refused to provide a full refund. After spending over $1,200 I was given less than 200 back. Absolutely disgusting! Apparently these companies do not feel that cleaning is necessary during a global pandemic!

Perfect Getaway
Our stay at this relaxing, quiet home was perfect for our family and our dog. Our guest contact greeted us with her friendly and warm welcome and was very accommodating to our needs, especially with our 1 year old puppy. The home had everything we needed. The kitchen was stocked with cooking supplies, the decor was beautiful, the bath towels were plush and the surrounding trees and greenery was unbelievable. The yard was surrounded with fencing which allowed our energetic puppy to run and get his energy out. This Tigard getaway was perfect!

Fantastic accommodations
My24 year old daughter and I were here through the end of January while she recovered from major sugery. She was limited in what she could eat but Claudia had all the kitchen appliances I needed to prepare the foods the needed. The bedroom were comfortable with 5*sheets and towels with plenty of storage space in the closets and kitchen. Beautiful views from the windows and nice choices on TV. Claudia even brought us a Christmas tree in December and and brought wonderful snacks and sweets up for us to eat. She lives on the level below so she’s right there if you need anything. I would most definitely recommend this place.

Stayed here since we had a job to do in Beaverton. It was located in a nice neighborhood. Beds were comfortable and Claudia the PM was great with communication and lighting the place up so it was easy to find.

Evacuation Sanctuary
We were forced to evacuate our home during the Oregon fires. Thankfully we were able to relocate to this Airbnb for 11 days. My 94 year old mother, my sister, myself and our three dogs enjoyed a comfortable stay in this lovely, spacious home.
The Airbnb is on the upper level of the home, which is at street level. There are no stairs so my mother, who uses a walker, was able to easily negotiate her way into and around the house. The bathroom had equipment that, although not ADA, accommodated my mother’s needs. Another complication of the evacuation were my three large hounds which the host welcomed. The dogs had a large, securely fenced yard and were allowed in the house.
This Airbnb is beautifully furnished. The kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, plates and glasses. The beds and leather couches are comfortable. My mother especially enjoyed the cushy patio furniture.
Overall, I’d have to say I enjoyed the evenings in front of the fireplace the most, although walking through the rose garden was a close second.

Peaceful Retreat
This is the place to stay. Quiet, peaceful stay outside of Portland. Morning coffee on the balcony, overlooking a natural landscaped yard, and evenings relaxing in the living room, reading and playing games. Myself and my teenaged children loved this place. Home is tastefully decorated and comfortable. Full functioning, clean kitchen with everything you need to cook your meals. Bedrooms and baths have plenty of clean linens. Host is respectful and helpful. I look forward to staying again
