Nice, clean place. Close to center and away from the hustle bustle.
A few things you should know before jumping into this rental:
- washer/ dryer is not in unit
- no coffee pot/ they have a Keurig but you need your own pods
- internet is non existent (not ideal for work from home)
- loft is closed and you can’t go up there- which is sad because that’s what I was most excited for!

Turned out exactly as listed online. A cozy space for two. All the amenities you need, and super ideally located on Commercial Street for easy access to everything by walking.
3.0
Small studio but convenient location. Tight shower stall. Kitchen and studio are well appointed.
Ad claims water views but no views from the studio ,only other buildings. The complex is bayfront, but not the studio. No access to bay beach from the complex due to dilapidated and cordoned off deck.
Couldn’t consistently figure out how to use the TV/Roku set up. Perhaps the batteries in the remotes are dead?

Beautifully decorated and perfect location on commercial Street. Great appliances and amenities. The Murphy bed is a bit difficult to pull into place, and the upstairs loft is off-limits. The television was out of order and not fixed during my stay, but who goes to Ptown to watch TV? Recommended!

Clean, nicely appointed, great location.

The space was clean and well stocked. It's located close to restaurants, shopping, theater etc. There is no onsite parking and we ended up parking at the lot a few blocks away. With so much to do there, we didn't use our car much anyway. We would definitely come back!

Great location-had to figure out parking, but some suggestion was offered. It’s so fun to be right in town. The apartment is adorable, clean and lovely! Check in was easy!

Huge studio. Beautiful blue and white decor.
Appears to be professionally decorated. The unit faces the sea. Have to walk on wooden boardwalk to Commercial St. Our stay was very quiet. Will come here again. Only drawback (
small) iwas the bed. Sits very high. Needed help getting in and getting out. I slept well.

Initial entrance to condo challenging without written operating instructions for key pad.
Condo is well appointed and fully equipped.
We rented a 2 bed property however the upstairs area was red lined with a keep out sign without prior notification. There were two of us which resulted in us sleeping together. Big issue!
This condo did not have onsite parking, although noted in the property listing under amenities, it needs to be clearly printed on first page under property description. Parking costs were well over $200 and a huge inconvenience since I’m recovering from a total knee surgery.
Contacted Vacasa on 3 occasions who said they would elevate my issues to quickly resolve complaints. No one ever called back!

but the description of "waterfront" is misleading. The complex is waterfront, not the condo. Also advertising it at one price and then doubling it with fees after the reservation is also misleading. You would do well to trust that people appreciate honesty.

The space is small but every square foot is planned purposefully. The shower in the bathroom is very tight with little room to bend and stretch etc.. that would be my only complaint. The loft is super cool and the living space is well decorated and fun to hang out in. View of the bay is stunning! Super easy to get in and out of town. Overall a wonderful vacation.

We had an amazing weekend here. It’s a clean beautifully located place. I’d highly recommend staying here and will definitely stay there again!!

Everything about the room was great. Well supplied with utensils, cookware and dinnerware. Very nice appliances. My main issue was when we arrived, the outside storm door was open, blowing against the building and bending the hydraulic closer. The door wouldn't close properly. The ceiling fan wobbles to much. Other than those 2 small things, was very pleased.

Great property as to communication with Vacasa, check-in, well stocked (plenty of towels and blankets!), very clean and location is A+.
As with other reviews, ceiling fan cannot be used because it looks unstable and squeaks. Also, backsplash in kitchen area needs attention and ice maker does not work. As to the ladder up to the loft, there must be an easy fix with hooks or the like to stabalize. Overall, a great rental.

The location couldn’t have been better. Just steps from the water and Commercial street. We had the best of both worlds. The apt was cute and comfortable. Only downside was the fan makes a horrible noise so we turned it off. Thankfully it was pleasant enough outside to leave the windows open. We’d stay there again!

The location is where you need to be to experience Provincetown. The property had a great view of the ocean. Only complaint is the check out time - didn’t get to enjoy the property because of the check in and out time ( less then 24 hours ) for the price you pay extend the hours a little.
Thanks

1) unable to use fan because it was swaying at an unsafe levels. Local contact said do not use.
2) could not use the loft because there was a broken & frayed barrier (never mind the not-attached ladder was not safe). Local contact reported to maintenance.
3) upon arrival, the fridge had a missing and broken handle, we were left avoiding the jagged edges & pried it open from the bottom of the door.
4) all batteries in the remote & clock were dead & we had to replace them ourselves. Smoke detector was chirping too…
5) could not pry the single twin bed to swing open, per the property binder instructions, so between this & the unsafe loft, left with a single bed.
6) listing description misleading - no in-unit ‘private washer/dryer’. Located in basement of the building, and only coin operated— so if you need to do laundry, bring *plenty* of quarters with your detergent & dryer sheets!!
7) called 800 # for assistance and they stated that they were forwarding the concern to the property manager, who was supposed to connect with me in the morning. Not a word from anyone but the on-site Vacasa contact who I communicated with via text during office hours.
8) severe safety and security concerns with the lockbox.
I could not believe that Marriott’s Home & Villas program included this property in their portfolio. It did not reflect the Marriott brand, as I typically experience a high level of quality & professionalism, and know that my safety & security are a top priority at Marriott properties during my travels.

No bath towels, repeated request for towels went unanswered and had to borrow/puchase; kitchen garbage from previouse guest not removed (overflowing with food and pizza boxes); cleaners didn't service the unit in general; overall potentially a nice place if local operations were improved

The location is perfect for any P-Town get-a-way. House was nice and easy to access. The house has amenities to sleep at least 5 people but only four were permitted, which was annoying. The check in process was clean and easy.

Unit did not look like photos. Very cluttered with personal items so much so that I was afraid to use one of the Murphy beds for fear of breaking items on shelf. No blankets on the bed and air conditioning either not cooling enough or frigid. Terrible night sleep. No sleeping pillows for downstairs bed. No parking nearby and ended up getting a $35 ticket because I could not figure out the on street parking meter when I arrived at 11:30 pm. Was unable to get any later checkout that 10 am. Very early considering check in time 4 pm and I did not arrive in unit until 11:30 pm. Upstairs bed very hot and ladder up to bed very unsafe. Neighbors unfriendly about locking bikes outside unit. Overall terrible value for $500 for 1 night
