We enjoyed our stay. The property was well maintained inside and out. We enjoyed being right on the beach and was able to ride our bikes to many places so close by. We really enjoyed the historical area.

This is the second summer in a row that we have stayed at Ketch Courtyard. We love the smaller building and the wonderful beach location. Our condo was very clean and pleasant. It was decorated in a simple beach theme. This unit differed slightly from last summer’s one. Our master bedroom had an ocean view and a sliding door onto the patio! We love Amelia Island and Fernandina Beach. We’ll definitely be back for summer #3 next year!

The ocean view from this condo is absolutely beautiful...in both the main living area and the master bedroom. It is centrally located on the island, so easy to get to most restaurants and attractions pretty fast. Condo was equipped was everything we needed. My only complaint is that the pool was super small, but that's not a huge issue being located right on the ocean. We rented an umbrella and beach chairs and made the most of our time there.

The condo is in a great location and right in the beach. It was well kept and properly stocked with starter kits. Only suggestion I’ll make is to replace shower heads in showers for a better flow. Overall, a perfect condo for a family for a beach getaway.

Just returned from a five day stay. Great little condo with gorgeous views. Well-stocked and nice layout.Pool was refreshing. Unfortunately had some really loud neighbors above one night but they left quickly the next day. Convenient location! Great grouper sandwich at Surf across the street.

This was a great place to stay. Plenty of room for 2 couples. Good location, but would need a car to get downtown. The only thing the Condo needed was instructions on how to use the thermostat and some information on restaurants and activities in the area.

We have stayed at Ketch Courtyard many times in the past. We loved this unit. Comfortable furnishings and a well supplied kitchen. The king bed was so very comfy. Views are amazing. We would definitely rent this unit again.

The whole condo need to be redone. Dryer was rusty, the dishwasher needs to be replaced. The pot and pans were terrible. It’s okay if only staying a week but we stayed 25 days. The furniture was uncomfortable and dated. All bedding and towels needed to be replaced. Generally the whole place was tired not recently redone.

Great condo. Very cute/beach decor, well appointed and spectacular view. We would rate it a 5, except the building is under renovation and we weren’t told beforehand. The (very) loud construction noise made it impossible to stay inside during the day., including Saturday. When we talked to the property manager, she told us it was in the listing (we checked and it wasn’t). If it’s not in the listing now, I’d confirm construction is done before you leave for your trip. Other than that, we’d highly recommend.

This condo was amazing. We were making a last minute booking to get away for our 31st wedding anniversary. First off, it is easy access from the parking lot to the elevator to the front door. And it’s an easy walk to the beach from the building. The ocean view is gorgeous from the extra-large balcony and can been seen from the master bedroom as well as from the living room. You’re close enough to hear the waves. The condo itself is the cleanest we’ve ever stayed at. And the snack basket in the kitchen was a welcomed surprise. We’ll definitely be staying here again. Thank you to SeaHorse Amelia Rentals for making this a wonderful getaway.

This was our first time to the Fernandina Beach/Amelia Island area and we couldn’t be happier with the location and the condo. The condo was tastefully updated, clean, comfortable and situated right in the beach with lovely views. There is a natural buffer between the beach and condo where we saw several gopher tortoises and rabbits milling around. There is also a restaurant across the street from the condo with live music and good food. The downtown historic area and Fort Clinch State Park, where you can find shark teeth on the shore next to the fort, are about a 10 minute drive from the condo. We were very satisfied with our stay here.

My daughter, my mom and myself stayed in this property for our “girls trip.” We absolutely loved the view and the fact that the property is on the beach. The condo itself was very nice as well. Our only complaint the whole week was the new thermostat. It was very difficult to operate. I called the property mgmt and the staff member walked me through it. Would recommend this condo to anyone!

Very clean and nicely furnished condo, directly on the beach with a huge balcony. Amazing ocean view from primary bedroom as well. The condo itself is great, but the common areas are dark and not as clean/well maintained. Would return though, as it was a perfect location for a week at the beach with my husband and toddler.
