So many positives about this condo. #1 is the view! The balcony had a perfect view of the beach and the coastline. Located in a quieter area of Cocoa Beach, it had uncrowded beaches, grocery stores, restaurants, and less touristy busineses nearby. This unit had a garage, and it was nice to have a designated place for the car. Easy to get into both the unit and garage. Building has both an elevator and steps. The complex is tidy and clean, with a great pool and easy beach access. The unit itself is a nice size, and is very clean! There's a game closet with games, puzzles, and books. The furnishings are dated, but look nice. However, the sofa and chairs aren't supportive & aren't great if you're older. Balcony chairs were also not great. They are sling chairs with cushions that have seen better days. The balcony and view are money-makers, and some better seating would bring return guests. The overall feel was that of staying at grandma's place but without the cozy feel. There were no dishtowels or dishcloths in the kitchen, the rugs and towels seemed old, the bath mats were just big enough for my feet to fit on them, there is no table in the master bedroom which gave no place to put the phone/alarm. It's an older building, so electrical outlets were scarce. Many of them have adapters, and one sparked when we tried to use it. One shower door was not fully attached, so it swung freely, which could be a safety hazard. A decent unit in need of TLC/easy fixes.

Really enjoyed the location, great beach walking/sitting, breakfast (Whisk and Grind)and ice cream shop walkable. Very spacious for a couple with 2 bathrooms, shower nozzle in one bath useable but needs to be replaced, balcony furniture also should be replaced. Kitchen countertop needs replacing. King size bed very comfortable, slider door in living room very rusty, hard to open and close. Living area furniture very comfortable. Electrical outlet in dining area very rusty and inoperable. Really appreciated the private garage space. Overall, a mixed bag, good and bad, but still resulted in a nice stay.

Unit could use some updating to the furnishings all around. Somewhat outdated. One of the outlets didn't work, lamp in living room was iffy electrically. Couldn't figure out if some of the light switches worked or for what. Location was good and felt quite safe. Would probably go to this area again but possibly not this particular unit.

Great place to stay! Walkable to everything needed! When we first got there, the living room had a musty smell, but opening the back door to the veranda for a few hours cleared it up and the rest of the stay was good. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. Pool was heated, but not in sun in afternoon. Walkway to beach was convenient.

Convenient check in, perfect location, beautiful condo, even had a garage. Perfect access to the beach, pool was great, nothing bad to say, would definitely rent again an probably will didn't want to leave, the views from the balcony are amazing even seen a launch.

Terrific ocean front condo with great view from deck to watch beach activity, cruise ships come and go, and rocket launches. Watch sunrise from primary bedroom king size bed. Clean and comfortable condo. Would definitely stay here again.

The condo was clean-a little dated but priced great. The location was wonderful and stocked with lots of beach items that we didn’t have to buy. Beach was not crowded in front of the condo. Great low cost beach rental. We would definitely come back!

View of the ocean was great, however in the master bedroom you had to choices when it came to watch tv. If you want tv you had no light. If you want light, you had no tv. Only one overloaded outlet. On the other hand in the living room you need it a phd to watch tv. The cable box was a disaster, not to mention the electrical wall plate sparking every time you connected an appliance. Ah forgot, the master bedroom fan was a third world item. A plug to turn on your fan. Blinds on laundry and leaving room missing pieces. Other than that the water pressure was good... with a constant thunder on the guest bedroom which we didn’t use due to the laud noise.

Quiet place but furniture on deck was beyond grimy! Would not touch it. Pool was nice but both kids and adults were always throwing balls, etc so could not enjoy without worrying about getting hit in the head. Elevator broke mid stay.

Great location. Unit needs many fixes and updating. Ant infestation, among other issues. Nearest elevator was broken for 5 days, I called maintenance Day 1, was repaired the last day of our stay (Unit is on 4th floor.)I would not recommend leasing #69.

This property has amazing views. The condo is like what others have mentioned. Clean, basic cooking utensils provided, dated.
The dishwasher needs to be replaced but the property manager was very quick to respond and sent a handyman over the next day who was able to override the system to get it to temporarily work.

Spanish Main 69 was the perfect vacation spot for my family. We loved both the location - a little more slow-paced than our usual spot by the pier - and the breathtaking ocean view. Everything went smoothly, and Cathy, the property manager, was easy and sweet to work with when needed. Will definitely stay here again in the future!

#69 is a great Condo. Wonderful views, easy beach access. The condo had everything we needed. Of course it could use updating, but nothing impacting a great stay.

Vacation Central Florida seeks to deliver great vacation rentals at a reasonable price and they deliver! It is not fancy (it hasn't been majorly renovated) but it is CLEAN, COMFORTABLE and WELL-EQUIPED. Most of all, it's a top-floor, corner OCEANFRONT unit! That's why we come to Cocoa Beach! They value your feedback if anything is wrong, which is what you would hope for. We would re-rent this unit if it is available next time we visit.

We had a wonderful time at this condo. Couldn't ask for a better view of the ocean. Only negative was there was no internet service, due to a faulty router or something, which being without internet, except for what we could get on our phones, should not have an impact on our vacation, except that sadly we did need to get some remote work done in the mornings. I was told the router would be replaced so should be good for the next renters:)

Nice Condo right on the beach with private beach access and a pool. Our condo had all we needed for a week at the beach including beach chairs, umbrella and sand/water toys. We enjoyed the quiet, out of the way location, yet not too far from downtown Cocoa Beach. This condo has a fantastic balcony view of the ocean. Definitely recommend this condo as a great beach option.

Location is on corner, giving panoramic view of ocean with windows on front and side. Good view of Cape Canaveral for watching rocket launches. Walk over dunes to beach. Two-car covered garage for car security and to keep it out of hot sun. Location with regard to restaurants and Cocoa Beach is perfect - easy walking distance but away from noise. Our rental contact, Cathy, was very helpful and friendly when we called with questions. Must pull hard on sliding glass door to balcony. Second bedroom bed is uncomfortable. Layout is spacious. Nice to have two bathrooms. Master suite can be closed off with its own door. Front door opens with code, which is handy (no misplaced key). Overall, very good experience.

Great view and then downhill from there.
The view and location was wonderful. The master bed was shot probably ten years ago. There was a total lack of maintenance,
including blinds, sliding door, exposed wires, junk in closets, etc.
I reported to "property manager" who responded in incoherent e-mails. Dirty and uncomfortable with a great view.

The check-in process was seemless. Condo floors were clean, bathrooms clean but there was alot of dust in airduct vents and furniture was dusty. Unit could use a deepclean. Everything worked as it should except the garbage disposal. Beach, pool and views are great. Downtown Cocoa Beach is short walk. Overall, very nice experience and would stay their again.

The condo was as pictured. Some furnishings were dated but this was not a problem for us. The check in process was great. We received our code before arriving and was able to go straight to the room. I would recommend a different cleaning company as the floors and rugs were very dirty, dust was stuck behind the headboard on the wall behind the bed and the closet floor was full of sand from beach chairs, floats, etc. Having owned rental properties, I understand how this could happen and everything else appeared clean.

The key code entry was very handy since I was always dragging stuff from the beach. Great location, too. I only needed my car to hit the grocery store. Great restaurants within walking distance, especially the 4th Street Filling Station, Cocoa Beach Thai & Sushi and Fat Donkey Ice Cream. It's a quieter end of the island than Cape Canaveral. An excellent week of rest and relaxation!

How can you go wrong with your condo on the ocean!! Everyday you wake up (from your room) with an ocean view and sunrise! Then you have your coffee on the balcony overlooking the ocean! It had everything you needed from towels to stuff for the beach. Clean and nice. Pool was relaxing and clean. Disney is only 1hr away and a super easy drive> Would stay again..

Our trip was amazing, very quiet, very relaxing, and enjoyable. Great location. Te picture on the review doesn't do it justice, unless you add the sound of the ocean. Great to sit on the balcony every morning with a cup of coffee and watch people walk the beach and see the sunrise.
