Don’t miss out on our favorite neighborhood spots: - Etta - River North, one block away - Whole Foods grocery store, one block away - Millennium Park, 1.2 miles away - Beatrix, 0.5 miles away - Walgreens, 0.25 miles away Getting Around: It's extremely easy to walk to most sights in the area, but when it comes to driving, we recommend sitting back and letting someone else do the work. The State & Huron bus stop is right on the corner of the property, the CTA's Grand station for the L train is just a five-minute walk from your door, and of course, there are always rideshares to be found. Other Things to Note: PLEASE NOTE: - Guests are required to complete a Pre-Arrival Checklist, which includes a virtual ID check, and the option to request early check-in (subject to availability). We operate through a Virtual Front Desk, and self check-in is entirely contactless. We'll send you instructions on accessing our property and your Kasa before you arrive. Questions? Contact us 24/7. - Kasa welcomes one dog or one cat per unit, and a pet fee will apply based on the length of your reservation: $20 per night for 1-6 nights; $16 per night for 7-28 nights; or $8 per night for 29+ nights. Please refer to our Guest Accommodation Agreement regarding the dog breeds we allow at our property. - On-site parking is available for $50 per night per vehicle. - This property does not have luggage storage. - Daily housekeeping services are only provided upon request at an additional cost per cleaning. - This property utilizes a two-pipe system for its heating and cooling. As such, either the heat or A/C is on throughout the property. The thermostat cannot run both or switch between the two. Heat is turned on in the fall (around October 15) and turned off in the spring (between April 15 and May 1). Interaction with Guests: Our virtual Guest Experience team is just a click, tap, or call away. Check-in is handled with the building concierge. We'll send you instructions before you arrive. I lived here for 10 years. I wanted to come back and reunite with friends and family. It was SO clean. Very comfortable. Beautiful beautiful views. Felt like home. We will be coming back!!

The good: The property was nice, very safe, and in a great location. It was very clean, and very accommodating. The beds were amazing! The bad: Only 2 negative things about this, and one of them is something that no one can do anything about. We did have an issue with check in, and for a few moments we weren't sure we would be able to get in our room that first day. But we were able to go it on our own and figure it out. Second: The room with the two beds has windows right on the street and it is very loud; from sirens to blaring music. The worst is the parking garage across the street has a loud buzzer that goes off 24/7...our kids didn't get much sleep on the trip. But overall, it was a great stay.

The stay was amazing perfect smooth. However careful as to where u choose to stay. This location is connected to a parking ramp charging 46 a day. Truely a rip off. I know parking is not cheap but this was ridiculous.
