The Kite Club is a beautiful retreat tucked away in the Village of Avon hosted by Kite Club Hatteras. The layout is all on one level, and is one half of a duplex. It is situated on a canal with the back porch overlooking the water and is just steps away from the dock. The living room has a spacious cathedral ceiling and includes an open layout kitchen. There is a wood burning fireplace, a wet bar and a fully equipped modern kitchen with an eat-in breakfast bar island with 10 chairs. On either side of the living room area are four bedrooms which are joined by a full bathroom, and there is also a half bath off the living area.
