Location is perfect! Ozas and Akropolis shopping centres easily to reach by walk, ozas park in 3 min by walk.

Wifi is is very bad, in case you need to work every day, wifi is very low which made work impossible. The awful smell in bathroom. Parking is not included un price and cost 50 euro per month.

Lovely place with beautiful view to a small forest and a hill. Comfy kitchen to prepare simple dishes, big fridge. Nice bed and curtains with full coverage. Good TV in front of comfy sofa - perfect for movie nights. A very small, but very comfy apartment.

The only minuses were tiny details - missing kitchen towels (or very well hidden and I couldn't find them) and uneven table (always moving when putting more pressure on different sides). Didn't bother the stay too much though.

Overall, a very nice modern apartment with a lovely balcony. Feels very cozy. A great location - only a 2 minute walk from a shopping mall.

Very limited number of toiletries provided. Can’t seem to change the temperature on the thermostat, however this isn’t a big problem as it was warm enough most of the time.

A great little apartment! Cozy space, comfy bed, great bathroom, fully equipped kitchenette (no dishwasher though), the building is super new, so everything is clean, fresh and looks like you're actually the first person to stay there - great! Also, there are communal washing and drying machines down the hall. I loved how clean and quiet the place is, and how well-equipped; despite being more of a large hotel room rather than a flat, it didn't feel too tight or too narrow or uncomfortable. Everything is just right! Also, staying a stone's throw away from a shopping mall and COVID-19 testing facility is really very convenient. There's even a small foodcourt nearby. So, totally recommend!

The place isn't really suitable for remote working: the table is very high and the bar stools are also too high and rather wobbly. You can't really sit and work there. I had to work on the sofa instead (which, by the way, is so comfy!), but Zooming with a bed on the background isn't wise either :) I get it that the dining set was chosen to suit the overall design of the flat, but I highly recommend replacing it for a regular table and chairs - it's really uncomfortable. Other than that, the place is a Pinterest-worthy dream!

The building and floor with the apartments is very modern and secure, the instructions for entry were very clear and easy to follow. The heating was perfect and the thermostat very responsive. This was very important as during my stay it fell to -14 outside but I was always nice and warm. The room is a little smaller than it appears in the photos but it is still a decent size and very comfy. The wifi was very good which I really needed for work (I use a server based system so it can be very data heavy), but I had no issues with speed or connection. The communal washer and dryer were very good although you will need to bring your own tablets and have some 1 Euro coins handy as they are not free but 1 wash and dry cost me 2 Euros so that's not so bad. The hosts were very responsive and professional

I appreciate this is out of the hands of the host but the people living in the apartment above me were extremely noisy day and night but mostly late at night. I have no idea what was going on up there but the constant loud banging into the small hours wasn't welcomed. As my room was right next to the washer and dryer it was occasionally noisy as I could hear the machines and people were using them quite late on. It wasn't a huge problem but if I have a choice I wouldn't stay again so close the them.

Very dirty apartment. Dirty floor, many marks on the wall, dirty kitchen, fridge and microwave. 2 minutes with white socks at this apartment made them so dirty. We have contacted property manager regarding this. No one came to clean all this mess. Haven’t received any apologies as well. Bad service.
