I know the area well so there was no surprise, everything was nice. Apartment close to the beach and tram. Difficult parking but that is a problem everywhere in the centre.
The apartment is big with balcony which was nice. Could have more chairs but it's ok. Air-condition is only in one bedroom and living room.

Great location in a quiet neighborhood, close tp the Edem beach. Easy transfer to the airport via express bus. Tram stations nearby can easily get you to city center or to other beaches on the coast.
Apartment is clean, well equipped, comfortable.

The communication of the host was excellent, I was informed in detail via sms about how to collect the keys and how some other things work in the apartment. She also checked with me multiple times if everything is good and if I need anything.
the balcony had no chairs / table and the view was not that good. If you want to have hot water in the shower you need to switch on the heating like 30 mins before you can use it. But it was not a problem.

Very comfortable and in great location. Literally 5 minutes away from the beach. Plenty of shops and pharmacy around. Tram stop that goes to the town centre was 3 minutes walk away from the apartament.
I cannot say a single bad word about this location.
Kitchen has everything, even all chemicals to do your wash or clean dishes. Oven was probably new or never used before.

Location excellent for the beach/tram/taxis and access to Athens.
Apartment comfy and spacious.
Bars and restaurants nearby with some nice Marinas - great sunbathing at Bikini beach just a short tram ride away
No real issues just a few neighbour noises

First of all I like that host met us at apartment and explain everything, it was no need to pass through quest "find a key" and so on.
Location is very close to a beach, but have no noise from road also three food stores are very close. Tram station is just down a street,but we prefered to go the the Acropol by taxi (4-5EUR).
Apartment it is self is ok and looks just the same as on a picture.
It was not easy to find what to do in Athens during couple of rainy days.

It was nice travel for us in Athens and in that apartment. There was quick communication with the owners. They also offered us with any help.

The location was perfect.
The accomodation was ok but the landlord/owner was not nice at all. An unknown lady was waiting for us. And she didn't speak English at all. Ibooked the accomodation for my parents who alsi doens't speak English at all.
That's why me and my sister had to help them. Then came a very unpleasent call from the landlord, Alexandra. And asking us with very rude tone, why we are at 4 there??? And some more annoying question.
I told her why we are in the apartment too and we will not sleep there just my parents. Because i live in the same area in my own apartment. And i asked her also if she has any problem why not she waiting us or someone else who speak English. She just accused before she asking anything... and of course she didn't apologize...

This apartment was great, close to the beach and we rent it for a good price. Nothing to complain. The lady was very nice and friendly with us. Also this apartment is close to tram station, Mouson.
