BACK PATIO: Great space for family time where you can have BBQ in the evening, and enjoy the spectacle of a breathtaking deciduous woodland during the daytime. Comes with 4 chairs, Center table. Please Note: This house is in the woods and there may be some field mice that are seen in both summer & winter months with some small insects. If you spot any of them, please note that there may be random get 1 or 2 can come in. We do exterminate our home monthly, and we do take care of any pest issues on a regular basis.

We had a wonderful stay. We ended up having a carbon monoxide leak in the 1st home when we got there. Right away we called and was given the house right across the street. I appreciated how quickly i was responded to not to mention how quickly she gave us a new house. some of the outlets didn't work but other than that it was a nice house and we all fit great!

Our family stayed here for our Camelbeach/Aquatopia trip. The location was convenient and the house was great. There were lots of pots/pans, dishes, cups, etc for us to make meals. Kids and adults all had space to spread out.

House is renovated and games for the kids which is amazing. Downside, the shower only dripps water and very hard to shower. Place wasn't very clean We found wrapper of chips under the bed and blunt wrapper on one of the beds. Overall the house is cute and welcoming but cleaning management need to shape up. Also, in the winter time, the club house is useless and a waste of money as we didn't do or have any association with them

The house is big enough to accommodate up to 20 people. There are 15 people in our group so we had enough space for everyone. The communication with the property management is good, he answered all my questions and handled all changes in terms of number of people. We were able to access Pocono Farms country club where we played tennis, picnic and played games by the beach. This is a big plus for this property. The kitchen is big enough for our group to prepare and cook food. The dining room needs more chairs to accommodate all 15 of us. The dining table should also be bigger for our group. But we were able to manage and had fun. We also used the dining table for poker and other games. The house needs improvement, here are my suggestions: - the carpet in the living room should be replaced, it's very old, it is folded on the edge where anyone can trip. - the windows should be cleaned thoroughly, when you open it for fresh air, the screen windows are really dusty. - the floor under the sofas should be vacuumed. - All mattresses should be upgraded. The two beds in the attic are very squeaky. The bedsheets are not clean, we found hair on the beds, looks like it was not changed. - the half bath in the first floor should be finished. -- there should be at least a hand towel in the bathrooms. -- all bedrooms should have at least a dresser and a mirror. This house has potentials if only the issues above will be addressed sooner. We still had the best weekend getaway.

You are literally close to all the Poconos has to offer. This house was perfect for my large family weekend. This is one of the few houses that not only offers over five (real) bedrooms, but they also have 5 bathrooms! Great property and easy communication.

Subject line: Do not EVER stay here unless you enjoy bailing raw sewage out of bathtubs for hours, experiencing intense stress, revulsion, anger, and helplessness, and getting charged for it! Details below. Picture this: You and your friends haven’t seen each other in a while and are getting together to celebrate. The second day you’re there, despite the fact that you absolutely did not flush anything out of the ordinary, two of the three toilets fill up with water and are unable to be fixed, even with copious plunging. They’re still draining slowly, so you simply decide not to use them. The homeowner does not respond to your pleas for help. The next day, you call the homeowner and he says he is sending over the neighbor, who is a handyman, to fix it. The handyman never shows. Down to one toilet, you’re still doing okay. Then someone does laundry. All three toilets overflow, soaking some of your clothes with sewage water. This is clearly a DEEP, SYSTEMIC PLUMBING ISSUE. You call all three of the listed numbers for help, and no one answers any of them. Helpless. You decide to simply not use any water, and get through the last day of what was supposed to be a nice trip as unscathed as possible. Ha. The next day, the handyman finally shows up, says he cannot fix it, and leaves. Then, more than two full days after informing the homeowner of the problem, he sends the woman who cleans the house with some industrial drano to fix the problem. She works on it for an hour and a half, and then leaves. “Thank goodness,” you think. “At last, the end is in sight.” IF ONLY. Instead of draining, all three toilets and both bathtubs begin to FILL WITH RAW SEWAGE AT AN ALARMING RATE. The cleaning woman is shocked and says there is nothing she can do to fix this. The homeowner is (again! unsurprisingly!) unresponsive. So, instead of having a nice dinner on your last day together, you and two friends realize the only way to keep human waste off of the floor until morning is to bail raw sewage out of the bathtubs. You find a large bucket and do this for the next hour. Once the bathtubs are clear, the toilets start filling up rapidly. You are barely able to clear all three toilets before they are at the brim again. Now I bet you’re thinking, “wow this is a really detailed hypothetical...did this happen to these renters?” Yes! It was truly one of the most disgusting and stressful experiences of our lives. And somehow it continued to get worse from there.

This house has awesome potential to accommodate a larger family. We liked the layout and the number of bathrooms. More attention is needed to furnish the house with good beds, adequate furnishing, well kept outdoor area .

We rented this property to celebrate my husbands birthday. It was very spacious and modern(accommodate 12 ppl). We enjoyed waking up to the view of the snow, especially in the backyard area. Everything was close by.

Pictures do not do the property justice in a good way. The amount of space in both bedrooms & other locations in the house are amazing. Accommodated myself and eleven others very well. Although the basic needs such as toilet paper provided did not last past a day- it was perfection. Also the location was in a great private area close to many stores.

The surrounding areas and the locations to stores and food are very close but the house itself needs a little TLC. There was no grill i had to purchase one and the beds were very uncomfortable to sleep in and the oven door almost fell off on us the first time we went to open it. Needs more than 1 tv in the house as well.
