This luxurious OCEAN VIEW HOUSE has 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and enough sleeping arrangements for 8 guests to spread out comfortably in an impressive 2,618 square feet of living space, making it an ideal accommodation choice for a family or a group of close friends, looking for the ultimate beach experience. You’ll feel right at home the moment you step inside the home’s beautiful interior, boasting extravagant furnishings, cozy touches, and two elegant stone gas fireplaces. There are massive French doors on first and second floors that frame ocean views, plus an awesome third story deck for sun bathing, private dining, and enjoyment of breathtaking sunsets and panoramic views. This welcoming home has everything you’ll need for a comfortable stay, including free wireless internet access, central heating and air conditioning, a full size foosball table, 2 flat screen TVs, plus a blu-ray DVD player along with our favorite family videos. There are also books and games for all ages. All this, plus more, is sure to increase your indoor entertainment and relaxation. Other Rooms The GOURMET, FAMILY KITCHEN has high-end stainless steel appliances, a large island with lots of kitchen cabinet space (cookware, dishes, condiments, and small appliances available), conveniently located on the first floor along with a LARGE DINING ROOM, BREAKFAST BAR, a LARGE LIVING ROOM, a GUEST BATHROOM, plus a LAUNDRY ROOM. The garage has plenty of room for your car and has OUR FAVORITE BEACH TOYS. Second Floor All THREE BEDROOMS are on the second floor, each with their own closet space. LARGE MASTER BEDROOM RETREAT has king-sized bed & bathroom which face the ocean while the other two bedrooms have a set of bunk beds and a queen bed. The MEDIA LOFT boasts cozy seating and is sure to please everyone. Third Floor Deck A well-lit spacious lookout with a large bar height table with a propane gas fire pit in the middle, 5 comfortably sized barstool chairs, and moveable outdoor curtains should you want more privacy. No Pets, No Smoking, but YES to rest, relaxation, and fun in a great coastal community.

We were in town to celebrate our sons wedding. The property was perfect for us. It was close to the beach and within walking distance of many other activities. We would recommend this property.

The house is beautiful and very comfortable. Plenty of room to cook in the spacious kitchen and eat together at the dining table. The rooftop deck was a favorite as well as the small patio in the front. Enjoy a quite morning with coffee. Just a few short blocks to beach and pier and harbor. Highly recommend this house.

It’s the perfect gateway to go with family and friends! The location is perfect, the house has everything you need. The host are amazing! We couldn’t ask for more

Lovely, great kitchen area and loved the 3rd floor deck. The deck became a makeshift office. Loved the walkability of the location and proximity to the beach.

What an amazing property! As a family of 6 traveling from the east coast, we were unsure of where to stay. We are so lucky we landed where we did. Not only was the property itself amazing, the proximity to the beach and so many restaurants was amazing!! There was 1 small hiccup with the washing machine which the owner and property manager were immediately able to remedy. The communication and commitment to getting it fixed was above and beyond.
If we ever plan to head back that way we would choose to stay in this property again without reservation. It was that good! Thank you so much for opening your home to us and for treating us like family!!!

We had such a great time at this property. The location was perfect and the house was everything we needed. The house is located 4 blocks from the beach and there is plenty of stores, coffee shops, restaurants around the house as well. There is also an amazing street food market on Thursday nights that is less than two blocks away. There is bit of side street traffic , but not too bad. The house manager was great and very helpful. We would definitely return in the future.

Firstly, the property had a luxurious Master bedroom/bath with a porch off of double doors providing a great view and airflow. The two other bedrooms were nice queens with bunk beds and had their own bath to share. The kitchen appliances were top notch and it had an island and a large dining table nearby. The main floor bath was accessible and welcome. The third floor deck provided an early morning coffee location with a great view. In the evening the sparkly lights provided a festive atmosphere. The location was an easy walk to the beach and a quick jaunt away from last minute groceries. Everything about the process was easy and the people were delightful. Hope to go back as it couldn't have been better.

Excellent home. Exactly as described. Great location; easy walk to beach; easy drive to area attractions. Host responded quickly to inquiries and offered information on community events. Property manager was easy to contact, generous with information, and quick to respond to questions. Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

The house was in a perfect location. We didn't get stuck in local beach traffic if we were driving anywhere. The teens found it easy to pull the wagon to the beach. We brought a lock box for the house keys, which proved successful. The teens had their independence from the parents, LOL. We (all of us) ran a 3 mile loop each morning (down the strand and up Pacific), we bought Highway 101 bagels many mornings. We walked 1 block to the Red and White market. We sent the teens with cash to get dinner at the Thursday Sunset Market. We did the Axe Throwing too.
The house was able to accommodate our teens and their friends with enough space for everyone. It is located along Surfrider, so it may be busier or louder than houses down the street. But the bed situation for the teens was more important to me than Surfrider.

Vacation by the sea
We had a wonderful time. The howse is large and accomodated well our party. The location is perfect with the beach at 5 min walking and bunch of attractions at short driving distance. Charleen was really nice when we needed to rescedule our vacation due to COVIID

Beautiful Home and Perfect Location
We had an amazing time on our stay at this property. The house is absolutely beautiful and very spacious. We had 6 adults and 2 kids staying at this property and we had plenty of room for everyone. The location was perfect! The beach was right there and you are within walking distance of so many other places. Charlene was great to work with and was quick to answer any questions we had during the booking process. Lou, the property manager, was so nice and helpful. We will definitely be staying here again when we come back to Oceanside. You will not regret renting this property!

The house is big and nice. All is there that is needed for nice family vacation.
But homeless making camp outside of garage and as communicated by manager (next door neighbor), you have to be constantly on a lookout and closing doors. That was unsettling as well as you are constantly watched by someone who lived next door.

This magnificent home has everything anyone needs and is 2 blocks from the beach. Really great. Lou the property manager is right next door if you need anything.
Slow internet was the only drawback. My one device was the only one being used so I don't know why it was slow and kicked me off but just be aware and ok with that.

Great house, beautiful views!
John was fantastic at helping throughout the booking process and the house was just what we needed for a getaway. Great house layout and accommodations with fantastic views. The outdoor noise was pretty bad at times but to be expected in a beach town with close proximity to a commuter train. Overall we highly recommend and imagine we will be back too!
