Lake access at the marina is a minute away. Close to Eureka Springs for nightlife, shopping and fun family events. House features two bedrooms, two baths, updated lake style. Porch with grill for outdoor dining or to enjoy your coffee in the morning. Seven miles from downtown Eureka Springs and the Passion Play. 1/2 mile from Holiday Island Marina, ramp , boat and kayak rentals. Enjoy all the amenities of Holiday Island 27 holes of golf, country club, tennis/basketball courts, hiking and more. Close to world class trout fishing at Roaring River State Park and the White River. Kings River for floating and small mouth bass fishing. See the big cats at Turpentine Creek Wildlife Refuge. Little bit further is Dogwood Canyon Nature Park, Promised Land Safari Park and Silver Dollar City in Branson.

Condo was nice. Close to lake beach. The only thing negative is the showers are very small and shower heads need to be replaced. Other than that it was clean and cute.

My sister and I brought our parents up to eureka spring as a mother : Father’s Day gift. They have everything and hard to buy for so we enjoy taking them on a trip. Area was perfect. Quiet location but close enough for passion play and site seeing in Eureka Springs. Host was very nice and responded right away. Highly recommended

The Loft at the Lake was wonderful. There was plenty of space. It was stocked with all the essentials. It was very clean and check in was a breeze. If we are in the area again, we will definitely try to stay at The Loft.

A wonderful lake house and town
We enjoyed our time in both Eureka Springs and at this lake house in Holiday Island! The house was clean and spacious, with everything that we needed. Our kids especially liked the loft area!
The house was close enough to Eureka Springs that exploring the town was convenient. We drove to a swimming area on Table Rock Lake, but it was so close that we could’ve just walked.

We really enjoyed our stay. There was enough space that we were able to spread out. The beds were super comfortable. It was close enough to Branson for a day trip there as well as all the experiences in Eureka Springs.

I could not find the trash can. The owner got back to me very fast with an answer. I do believe that it need thicker curtians on the front door.

Amy was incredible. We had to reschedule our vacation due to COVID last year, and she was so flexible and accommodating throughout the process. Her property is lovely, clean and exactly what was promised. I highly recommend this home for a wonderful getaway to a fun and picturesque area.

The Loft at the Lake was cute and spacious. There was ample room for a family with teens or children including a loft game/tv area. The marina was nearby, Eureka Springs was about 7 minutes away, and the cabin was in an area surrounded by residents and vacationers who were helpful and kind.

A great location for a weekend away
This house was a perfect location to enjoy Branson by day, and Eureka Springs by night. The house was quiet, clean, and exactly what we needed for some respite.

The check in process was super easy and the place was cute! My friends and I stayed for the weekend and had a great time. The beds were comfortable and blankets were cozy. Others may have said this as well but the showers were small. It wasn't an issue for my group but something to take note of if that's important for you. Would definitely stay again!
