If our exclusive East Beach rentals fit your idea of the perfect St. Simons Island getaway, then the Vitamin Sea Cottage is bound to be your ideal home away from home. This 6-bed, 5-bath oceanfront property is designed to welcome up to 12 guests at a time. Newly renovated in 2022 and 2023, this vintage East Beach cottage was completely remodeled with a brand new chef's kitchen and all new bathrooms. The large backyard and pool (can be heated upon request for $45/day) is the perfect outdoor space year round! Any group gatherings and events at this property are limited to the number of occupants (12 persons). Events such as weddings, rehearsal dinners, etc. are not permitted. Pets are not allowed The cottage has two sets of washer and dryers in the laundry room Some of St. Simons' beaches are not accessible during mid/high tides. You will always have plenty of beach in front of the Vitamin Sea Cottage... high tide, low tide, any tide! Great rental home for family
There were plenty of bedrooms, and bathrooms. Great outdoor space for large group and outdoor shower. Kitchen was well stocked. We had an issue with dishwasher and property management reacted quickly.

We loved our stay at this home. It has the perfect location on East Beach. The pool was so good to have and we heated it because it was chilly the week we went in April. The home had all the towels, beach gear, some bikes, games, etc. Great furnishings and the Apple TV was also nice to have to watch movies at night. Check in and out was smooth and we will stay here again.

There’s a special feel to this home’s older style that speaks of the history of the island that isn’t equally represented in East Beach, with all the other new builds and remodels. This home has retained its charm, from the original wood floors to the stained glass windows. It feels attended to and loved; cherished for the memories made. And oh- did we make some new memories! The location is perfect. I felt right in the center with access to Mallory Street shopping and foods, the beach is either a quick walk or a quick golf cart trip to Coast Guard Station, and main grocery store is also a quick golf cart trip. Taking in the sunset above the marsh on our evening strolls was spectacular. The rooms were well furnished and clean, with comfortable linens. The layout worked well for our group, with the eldest on the main level bedroom/en suite and kids sharing the double rooms above. The pool was warmed to a very comfortable temperature for mid-April (we also had unseasonable cooler winds!- so the heated pool was nice!) and the size and structure of the pool were perfect and beautiful. The kitchen was stocked also to perfection. Everything worked and everything was appreciated. Thank you for a wonderful Spring Break 2022 with family!

What a fabulous stay at this property. It accommodated our needs and there was plenty of space for each guest. Sitting out on the patio watching the sun rise was the highlight of our stay! Our dog loved the fenced in backyard and the easy walk to the beach!

The house had a beautiful outdoor area with a wonderful heated pool. The path to the beach was flooded so we had didn’t get the benefit of it being “ocean front”. The downstairs bedroom needs a dresser as there is nowhere to put folded clothesand it has the feel of a converted garage area. The downstairs bathroom needs a vanity as it is quite small. The house is great for a large family or group and the kitchen and two family areas were great.

We loved staying in your home. Everything was wonderful and the few items that did need attention due to a storm that passed through, were immediately handled by the property management company. Great location with easy access to the beach. Would highly recommend staying here..
