The location, facilities, comfort and cleanliness was all very perfect, we can't fault it.
No garden for the dogs to pop out for a wee before bedtime. But the park wasn't too far away, we were being a bit lazy really.

The accommodation is really comfortable and clean. It’s well equipped for a short break (we stayed for 4 nights) and is very dog friendly. The host left milk and biscuits for us and the dog which was a really nice touch. We will definitely book this accommodation again.

Comfy well furnished apartment in a quiet neighbourhood, friendly owners, conveniently located, straight forward arrangement and a hassle free weekend.
Small thing - could do with a draining board for when we washed up.

Convenient position - we were here for a wedding. Very clean with a well-designed bathroom. Bed was very comfortable. Easy parking on the drive. Pleasant walk to the beach.
WiFi didn’t work - hooks on the doors would have been useful

Excellent value for money. Very clean and comfortable, off road parking. Location is excellent too, with shops, local bar, and quay side and beach just minutes away. Bournemouth is 20min away, and peppa pig world for the kids is 30min away. Tracey the owner was wonderful and very helpful. Would highly recommend 👌

Location for our purpose (wedding in area), access to nature walks, close enough to suppermarket, off-street parking, sufficient accommodation for 3 people.
A bit cramped with 3 adults, but okay.

Warm welcome from host, who was so friendly and helpful. Property spotlessly clean. Great location for Mudeford Quay and Christchurch. Plenty of buses within 5 min walk.

The host was very friendly and extremely helpful as we had forgotten a sheet for the travel cot and she provided us with a sheet straight away. Microwave now in the kitchen an instructions for hob in the cupboard.
We were only there for 2 nights. Sad to leave.

The location was great - right in the middle of where we wanted to be - between Mudeford Quay and Christchurch. Quiet. Parking on the drive. Comfortable sofa, comfortable chair. Cushions, blankets a plenty. Bed was brilliant.
Bit cold in the mornings - think the heating was out of sync but mentioned to host who will look at it.

We loved location. Easily walkable to Quay. Clean and tidy in dwelling and in a very nice neighbourhood.
There were a few ants just inside when we arrived. Bed squeaked every time we moved, became a bit annoying. It was the only negative thing about the property.

Super clean and lovely decor. A good location for us to get around and very quiet neighbourhood so we did get a good nights sleep. Lovely and warm too, it was a freezing couple of days. Good shower. Biscuits and milk provided for our tea.
A two person cafetiere would have been a good idea. We brought filter coffee but no way to make it. No washing up sponge or J cloth so a bit difficult although we only used cups and glasses.
We had to move the sofa nearer the TV as couldn't see it clearly from the back of the room.

Lovely place to stay for a few nights. We were visiting family close by for Christmas and needed our own place to stay as we were travelling with our 4 month old kitten who couldn't be left at home alone. Our hostess thought of everything and kindly left us a bottle of something fizzy to celebrate Christmas. A very nice touch. Highly recommended.
Everything was great, no complaints.

This was a conversion, but it had been done well and decorated in an attractive, quirky seaside style. For 2 (plus dog) there was plenty of living room space to relax. Lovely big bathroom with soft, fluffy towels. Comfortable bed. Thoughtful provision of tea, milk etc and delicious biscuits. Used two local pubs (the Nelson & the Haven House) which served great food and were dog friendly. Nature reserve is a nice walk but probably better without a bird crazy spaniel!
We could have done with some instructions for the hob (first challenge was to over-ride the child safety control!) and the clock on the central heating (which was very effective at warming the rooms) was hours out, so the heating came on at strange times. It was also a bit further from the beach than we had anticipated - a good 20 minute walk.
