About this condo rental
Newly furnished walk-up apartment with beautiful views of the mountains where Monticello and Carters Mountain reside. It is in an ideal location on the fringe of Belmont neighborhood -- minutes drive to bars and restaurants on the downtown mall (25 min walk) and downtown Belmont (15 minute walk) along with quick access to highway 64 just down the road. All basic amenities are included along with a parking pass and plenty of off-street parking. Great for weekend getaway or home base while in Cville. This top level 2 bedroom apartment with a pull out couch, can sleep 6 people and is perfect for a small family or friend group looking to explore all Charlottesville has to offer! Please note this apartment is on the top floor with no elevator access - 3 flights of stairs required to access. **1 dog considered, please inform us whether you plan on bringing a dog as there is an additional $75 fee.

First, if you have a lot that you’re taking in and out and if you have a pet- just know that the apartment is on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator. Otherwise it’s a lovely apartment. Everything you need is provided. The highlight for me is the large windows and the view. We were there visiting family so not looking for restaurants in the the Belmont area. There is a nice Wegman’s grocery close by.

As stated in a previous post this apartment has a glorious view but needs some sprucing up. Beds were comfortable and kitchen stocked. But it’s a 3rd floor walk up, no elevator and we were in town for a weekend wedding so had a lot to carry.

Clean, comfortable place to check out UVA and the surrounding countryside. Minutes from Carter Mountain Orchard, music and sunsets, Monticello and Mitchies Tavern.

The unit had an updated set of 6 chairs at the dining room table not pictured. These were more comfortable than the white chairs pictured.
Mattresses were very comfortable, bathrooms clean, plenty of towels and toiletries. Parking spots were also available in the designated area under the building.

The apartment was clean and the whole rental process was very streamlined. The only issue is that it is a 3 story walk up. This might have been in the description, but I didn't see it. It wasn't a problem for our group, but could be for others.

Perfect location! View is lovely. Close to town, Monticello, Carter mountain, the Charlottesville downtown mall, and Shenandoah. Two full bathrooms made it easy to get ready for our son’s wedding. And the three flight climb to the apartment wasn’t bad!

Property is centrally located for enjoyment of wineries and downtown venues. Had a great stay. As mentioned in description...must be able to take stairs to 3rd floor.

The property was very comfortable, but anyone who stays here must be comfortable with stairs (4 flights of outdoor stairs, exposed to elements). The apartment was comfortable and clean. There was minor road noise in the bedrooms. For us, this was a car-dependent location; restaurants were not a comfortable walking distance given the steep hills. We were very comfortable for a girls' weekend.

Location was great for a couple walking distance restaurants and easily drivable to all the things you go to Charlottesville to experience. Nice beds, great kitchen and the view was lovely especially for fall leaves. Will be back.

One of the cleanest properties we've ever stayed in. Comfortable firm mattresses and nice sheets make for great sleep. Great views.

Excellent property. Good, clean accommodations. Minor issues with one of the shower drains, but manageable. Easily accessible to Charlottesville, UVA, and historic sites. Off street parking. Responsive staff.

Good place to stay when moving my daughter into UVA. Property is clean, well appointed and well maintained. There are a LOT of stairs. It is on the 3rd floor and it is actually 4 flights of stairs up from the parking level. No elevator. The parking lot is under the building which was nice. Other than the stairs, we would definitely stay here again.

We reviewed the reviews and felt confident we were making a good decision. We were not going to post anything on VRBO but did not want next guests to have similar experience. This unit is 3 flights upstairs and yes it’s on the top level. There were fruit flies in unit, a bath tub drain that did not drain and it was not cleaned as well as it should have been. Oven / stove was filthy. It needs a fresh coat of paint and a deep clean. Management was responsive but seemed to view our concerns as a nusiance. I would definitely verify these items taken care of before you visit.

Just PERFECT for my family
First off, the view is really nice from the living area. The apartment itself was spacious and very comfortable. We had everything we needed for a short stay. Location and neighbors were quiet. There was always an open spot in the parking area for the car. Be prepared to walk up 3 flights of stairs to get to the place. It wasn't a problem for us, but something that is worth mentioning. Overall we really enjoyed this apartment and would highly recommend it. Would stay here again.

Nice Weekend Getaway!
The stay was great. In a good location, on the outskirts of downtown and close to I-64. Available parking and the two bedroom, two bathroom set up was spacious. Having a kitchen was very nice too.

mini visit to Charlottesville
We had a great time on our vacation. We loved the property location and the apartment was true to photo description. It was a little challenging lugging our things up 3 or 4 flights of stairs, but we managed. Drew was very helpful with dining suggestions for us. Should we visit Charlottesville again, we would stay here!!!

Beautiful views, great location!
We loved our stay here. We use to live in Charlottesville and came back to visit friends during our vacation. This place was perfect for our small family of 3. Close location to both the downtown area and Rt. 64 making it easy to travel to other places. The view of Carter's Mountain/Monticello out the big window by the dining table was a great way to start the day with a cup of coffee! We will be staying here again during our next vacation to C-ville!

This was our first trip to Charlottesville. This property was perfect for our needs. The beds were so comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with cookware. The view from the living room window was magnificent! We would definitely stay here again.
