This home was perfect for our trip and was warm and inviting from the moment we walked in. The house was neat and clean and well stocked. My family had a great time here for New Years and will definitely be back. You won't be disappointed if you book this house. The owners are great and clearly take great care of this property.

This property was so comfortable and clean! The rooms are spacious and the beds were wonderful. We had 5 kids ages 12-0 with us and we all fit comfortably. We especially appreciated the cleanliness as the baby and toddler get into everything! The kitchen was well stocked (only advice is bring your own coffee. Some was left behind by recent visitors but was 2 years expired haha). The bathrooms were excellent too and water pressure was perfect.
The neighbors were very kind and we met their dogs. The street is quiet too. The AC worked perfectly!

One note-if you have a kiddo who will wander, the yard isn’t safe for that! One neighbor side isn’t really separated by a fence, but a very small wall you can jump/walk over. Just FYI if you have a little one who will explore a bit too much hahaha
The lake was fun too! Check out rotary park. It’s got shaded playgrounds, free bbq cabana patios right on the lake, and cool temp water to swim in. We had a blast!

Came in town to fish a tournament. The house has exellent boat parking in the back and on the side of the house. The house is awesome super clean and comfortable, with everything you need and labeled to make it easy to find. The owner was great to comunicate with and answered any question promptly. I hope to be able to book this house again in the future.

This is a beautiful comfy home that is fully stocked with all that you can think of. You literally just need you and your clothes everything else is already there!!! The sunsets in the backyard are AMAZING!! We will definitely be returning there for our Summer Vacay!!!

What a nice and clean place to stay in Havasu. Nicely furnished and decorated. Felt brand new inside. Would definitely stay again. The king bed in the master was very comfortable and the linens were very nice. The hosts were super friendly and checked to make sure we had everything we needed. Great experience, great stay!

I have stayed at many VRBO properties all over the USA. I have never had such a perfect experience as I did at this property. The owners were so gracious and amazing. Their care, compassion and follow-up to be sure our stay was incredible. The home was spotless and beautiful. I just can't say enough about how perfect this "Hidden Gem" is. I will be back many times in the future as nothing will ever come close to how well we were treated and the perfection of this home. Thank you G & J!!! This house is very well kept. I would also say it is probably one of the cleanest houses we’ve stayed at. Everything was marked well so you know where to find and return items. Switches were marked so you weren’t guessing which did what. The towels and bedding were clean and fluffy. The beds were comfortable. My kids loved the big bunk beds. We will definitely be staying here again.

The house is perfectly clean, organized and comfortable. The furnishings and decor are all modern and comfortable. Our kids loved the double Queen bunkbeds - so spacious and comfortable! The kitchen is well stocked for cooking any meal. Plenty of towels, paper supplies, etc. The hosts are proactive communicators to ensure you have everything you need for the most pleasant stay. The location is great - an easy 13-min drive to the Lake Havasu marina. I would stay here again and again, and I’d recommend it for anyone traveling here with family or friends.

The house is extremely clean and roomy and has all the amenities you can think of. Everything is labeled clearly and you can tell great care has been taken to keep the house impeccable and organized. Furniture is nice and comfy and so are the beds and there is plenty of room for parking. To top it off the hosts are amazing, they go out of their way to answer any questions and ensure you enjoy your time in their home.

AMAZING HOME!
I can’t say enough great things about Jeremy & Georgina‘s home! The second we walked in, it smelled amazing & clean!! You can tell the home owners take pride in their home! Everything is labeled and easy to find. Communication with Georgina was so easy. The location was perfect! You could even see a portion of the lake while standing in the kitchen doing dishes! There were board games for kids, a pack n play for babies, huge bunk beds that easily fits adults too. Kitchen was equipped with everything you could possibly need. Washer and dryer are in the garage, which was one of the cleanest most organized garages I’ve seen! Home owners were extremely accommodating and super nice!! Cleaning crew even found my daughters blanket that we left there. They made sure to let us know and we were able to get it back! There are just so many wonderful things about this house and the owners. I will definitely be renting again in the future! Thank you Georgina & Jeremy! :)

A truly wonderful experience.
This has been a truly wonderful experience. We have spent the past 16 winters away from home, but this has been the best yet. Georgina and Jeremy have been perfect hosts throughout the entire process from our first contact to our departure. My wife and I stayed in their home from Nov 15, 2021 until March 15, 2022. The home was perfectly cleaned, very well equipped, and comfortable. The Verzals went the extra mile for us more than once. While driving back home, we were unable to locate two rings including the wedding band. We called Georgina who was very concerned and promised to move all the furniture to search for the rings. Fortunately, we located the rings, but Georgina’s concern speaks very well toward the character of the Versals. Lake Havasu City has been a very enjoyable place with many activities and good restaurants. We golfed at Lake Havasu Golf Club, Emerald Canyon and Needles. Particular highlights have been Christmas along the channel, the Balloon Festival, Oatman, the drive to Parker and just sitting on a bench in Rotary Park. We would love to be back for another extended stay but have encountered some health issues that make that choice very difficult. Thanks so very much to Georgina for understanding even though we had already made a reservation for next winter. We highly recommend their home for anyone and hope that we might be able to return someday for a visit.
