We stayed here for our wedding, the house was beautiful!

The property was very accommodating for our needs during our sons graduation from Clemson.

The property is very comfortable, clean and the teenagers had a great time in the nearby parks and in the surroundings, going around in the golf cart. we recommend this beautiful place for vacations, Ed and Lona McCall were very accommodating Thank you Beatriz and family

Outstanding! Beautiful home and the dock was close. We had everything we needed for a great Thanksgiving weekend. Cannot wait to come back in the summer.

Beautiful home tucked in the woods and across from the lake. House was just as pictured. Very quiet, super clean and stocked with just about everything you could need. We enjoyed watching for deer around the property, and even had a fox in the backyard one morning. Truly enjoyed our stay.

The home was clean and cozy; it very comfortably slept 2 couples and 5 kids. Added bonus is related property next door for additional family. Boat dock is across street and down the road however golf cart was provided. Hosts very personable.

Our family really enjoyed a long weekend at this adorable, functional and well stocked cottage home. The owners called a few days in advance to welcome us to their rental and run through some logistics. The house has the perfect layout for a vacation home...open kitchen and family room and then 3 private rooms with accompanying bathroom for each. There was actually very helpful "extra" items upon arrival...hand soap throughout, plenty of paper products, trash bags, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, kitchen basics. The house isn't lakefront but don't let that deter you at all becasue they have made arrangements for across the street access at a large dock and even provide a golf cart if you prefer to ride to the dock area. The home was very clean, had an area for our daughter to play outside and the journal of local information was also helpful. We rented a pontoon boat from C&E and the pickup was about 1 mile away and super easy. There are lots of kayaks, paddle boards, floats and fun entertainment at the dock. We haven't ever submitted a review, but I was so pleased that I felt compelled to share a positive review after our stay. We hope other families enjoy as much as we did!

We enjoyed our weekend with family from Louisiana at the Clemson football. We have previously stayed at the sister property next door so we knew this was a great property. Our family visiting raved about what great house this was for our family weekend.

The best! Clean, immaculate cabin. Great location, and we were able to take our two beloved furry friends.

No issues renting. Just follow instructions and get acquainted with the owners. Ask all the questions you want with them.

Kids were heading off to college soon so we had a quick 4 day holiday. Paddle boards and kayaks were great to use. House setup for us was perfect. Had to leave quickly our last morning due to death in the family- let owner know and he was very understanding. We cleaned as best we could given the circumstances.

This is the second time we have stayed here and it is a great place. Brought our boat and kept it at the dock. Our dogs love the big yard. Just a all around enjoyable vacation.

Nicest VRBO we've stayed in. Didn't realize it was an interior lot, but the golf cart & the owner made that no problem. Enjoyed our time on the dock, in our boat and in the home.

This cabin was perfect for our group. The bunk beds were a hit with the kids and the golf cart made getting the kids and gear too and from the lake simple and fun. Loved having 3 bathrooms for our large group as well.

This was a great place to stay! We loved the location, the swimming and fun at the boat dock, the access to paddle boards and the golf cart. We met the owners and they are super nice! The area was close to all the things we wanted to do....pontoon on the lake, visit the state park, see waterfalls, and float down the Chattahoochie in Helen! The house was beautiful and well kept and perfect for our family vacation! Would love to come back here with family again....everyone loved it.

Overall a wonderful experience! The house perfectly suited our needs — plenty of room for 6 adults, close enough to the lake, and lots of water toys provided. We had an issue with the internet that was resolved within a day or two. We cooked all of our meals there for 3 days so my only suggestion would be to have a few more common items - a casserole baking dish or two, a knife for cutting large fruit like pineapples and watermelon, a few more containers for leftovers, and a flashlight. It was nice that firewood was provided so we could make s’mores and sit outside to enjoy the stars. This was our first rental not directly on the lake but we didn’t find that to be a problem at all. We either walked or took the golf cart that was provided. It was also super convenient having the barn close by for a bathroom instead of having to go back to the house. We loved the dock area, the paddle boards, kayaks, and the float mat. I especially loved the quietness of the area and all the trees and birds around. The lake was incredible - we rented a boat and parked it at the dock. What an incredible family vacation!!

Our family had a great time visiting and being in the water. Location is quiet and peaceful. Property owners were very accommodating to our needs. I will be visiting again in the future.

This was such a nice home but I idnt realize that it was not lake front. (My Mistake) The golf cart made it easy to get to the dock and the kids loved the mat and paddle boards. I am glad you had a slip for our boat and all the chars we needed. We will visit again for sure.

We loved every minute of our stay! The house was gorgeous. The golf cart was so much fun and made the trip to the lake so easy. Even though the water was cold we were still able to have so much fun using the kayaks. It was the perfect quick getaway!

We had a wonderful time visiting with family at this well appointed home. The lake is just a quick walk or an even quicker golf cart ride(loved by the kids) about a block away. It is in a very quiet area. We had everything we needed and enjoyed being able to bring our pet. Even in February we were able to fish and kayak off the lovely dock and then have a bonfire after dinner. Would love to come back in the summer and be able to swim and play more in the water. The kids each caught a sunfish. The hosts were lovely to work with and quick to respond to any questions we had.
