You can relax on your private balcony surrounded with lush greenery along a bubbling stream. Garden Oasis features a granite kitchen with rich wood cabinetry. The second bedroom offers a large stone walk-in shower, and the primary has a tub/shower combination. Make My Vacation also provides all linens and towels, beach chairs and beach towels. The Living Room TV is provided for your entertainment, as well as free wireless Internet. Garden Oasis is located at North Coast Village, an oceanfront tropical paradise between the Oceanside Harbor and the Oceanside Pier, and is a favorite destination for vacationers from around the world. You'll enjoy the beautiful waterfalls, streams, lagoon-style year-round heated pool and spa, putting green, exercise rooms, saunas, and recreation rooms with table tennis, billiards, and Foosball. The complex consists of nine four-story buildings surrounded by two-story cottages, on several acres of lushly landscaped tropical grounds. You are just steps from the sand; there are no roads to cross-this is an OCEANFRONT COMPLEX! Swim in the large heated pool (one of two pools and spas), or enjoy a romantic walk on one of the most beautiful stretches of beach in Southern California. North Coast Village offers a fitness center with sauna, and a barbecue area overlooking the pool. You will also find reserved garage parking, cable television, a recreation center, clubhouse with kitchen, massive stone fireplace as well as laundry facilities. Parties or events are not allowed at this property. The Mainstreet Oceanside Farmer's Market is a delightful experience near the Pier which takes place every Thursday from 9-1, and and the Sunset Market Thursday evenings from 5-9. Experience spectacular sunsets and enjoy a relaxing dinner along the picturesque adjacent harbor which features several excellent restaurants, great live music, and fun and unique shopping. There are also kayak, boat, and paddle boat rentals, and fishing or whale watching excursions. This place was perfect for our needs. It was clean and had everything we needed to make an enjoyable vacation. The beds were very comfortable and the bedding was high quality. Most of this unit has been updated. Like others have reviewed, the carpet looks old and very worn but it was still clean.

We were in town for the Carlsbad Marathon. This place was close(about 5 miles) from the start/finish. Oceanside is a clean, quaint town. We enjoyed the hot tub and pool and walking along the beach.

Condo was clean with well-equipped kitchen. Comfortable furniture and beds were nice. All in all, the condo was very nice for our stay. Internet very slow and TV had a lot of glitches. Have been to NCV many times and this condo is one of the nicer ones we have stayed in.

This is out family's 11th summer vacationing in Oceanside, 9 of those years at North Coast Village. We LOVE every experience at this complex!
G200, Garden Oasis was fabulous and met our family's needs perfectly!

This place was great! Couldn’t tell from the outside but the inner courtyard was amazing. Flowers, trees, the river and waterfalls and animals made it feel like a tropical oasis. The amenities were awesome. Lots to do without even leaving the property.
The unit was very nice and spacious. Plenty of furniture and everything was very comfortable including the beds. Everything was clean and well stocked.
We had a very relaxing stay and would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends.

The condo was clean and comfortable; however, could stand to be updated. The carpet (ick) was old. Overall, we enjoyed our stay but would likely look for something a bit newer/fresher next time.

We enjoyed our stay at this condo; North Coast Village is our favorite, and this condo was near the center of the complex overlooking lush landscaping and water features. The condo was clean, the beds very comfortable, and the living/dining room furniture had plenty of seating. Cozy condo, perfect for relaxing after a long day at the beach/ in town. Our family enjoyed our stay.

We had a great stay in G200 as first-timers at North Coast Village. The unit was warm and welcoming, albeit a little outdated, with comfortable beds, two bathrooms, a relaxing livingroom and kitchen and a small patio with a view of the lush complex. The pictures are accurate. It's a bit tricky to figure out the complex at first but once figured out, it makes for a nice walk to the wonderful beach and pool. Covered and easy access parking was welcomed. A great stay for myself, husband and adult daughter.

The first few days were hot and muggy with there being no A/C but I’ve stayed at NCV for years and have never needed AC so I think it was just a fluke with the tropical storm.
The property manager was great at responding and getting us fans to cool off the unit.
Overall it was a good trip and the unit was fine!

I guess we were not prepared to be walking all over the place to get to our location. It was not for us, especially with two small children. The place was clean, but the carpet was not vacuumed cleaned and one of the tubs was clogged. Other than that, it's a nice villa.

Summer beach condo
Nice property within walking distance to the beach. Had everything we needed and comfortable beds. Great to have a bbq on the balcony and not have to go down to the main grill and wait.

March 2022 Stay
Grounds were beautiful. Pool was much smaller than it appeared in the photos. Carpet was nice after walking all day and soft, not dirty. Beds were comfortable. Some things needed fixing - toilet paper dispenser in master bath was missing, master bath tub drain plug didn’t hold water, fridge ice and water dispenser didn’t work. The throw and extra blankets were dirty and the bedspreads were also dirty. The matching pillow cases had drool marks so we didn’t use any of the pillows with the matching cases. There were a few missing blind slats. Overall, aside from cleanliness, it was a good unit. Great location and the kitchen was pretty well set up for cooking. Grill had propane so didn’t need to use the community grills. We didn’t want to spend time waiting for maintenance therefore didn’t contact them so we’re not sure how the rental company would have responded to our issues. I’m not sure if I’d stay here again just because of the cleanliness factor - especially since Covid is still around.

It is a nice property and we have stayed at the complex (but not this unit) before. The ants in this unit were particularly bad and we had to make sure we did not leave out any food; anywhere.
But, otherwise things were great

North Coast Village is a great place for some time away. And G200 is a great unit. The kitchen was clean and well stocked for preparing meals and there was a nice, big dining room table which faces the TV if you sit on one side and like to eat while watching TV. Ceiling fans everywhere! I personally like the thick, shag carpet. The upholstery, especially the rocker, could have used a cleaning but it and the couches were very comfortable. It took a bit of effort to figure out the TVs. Both showers had plenty of water for relaxing showers and there were plenty of bath and beach towels. I didn't have a car so I can't speaking to the parking situation. The beach is minutes away and there are restaurants at the Harbor within walking distance (10 min). Downtown Oceanside is about a mile away, which is walkable if you like to walk. From there, you can get transportation to various places, including San Diego on the Coaster. The closets are stocked with beach items and recreational items, though they could use some upgrading. The gym is just a minute or two away and is fairly substantial. The unit is very close to the main entrance and Patrol Office. In the other direction are the grounds with all the amenities. It takes a little time to get oriented with paths going every which way but that has its charm. There was the hum of highway and train noise but it was not bothersome to me at all. I recommend the place highly. Very fond memories. I'll be back, I hope.

The condo was great. Clean and bigger than expected. Kitchen was well stocked. The grounds are gorgeous. Access to the beach is great, and we walked with kids to the shops downtown a few times. No complaints. Beach chairs, cooler were provided. No boogie boards.

Great place in a great complex.

Unit was clean and beds were comfortable. BBQ needed cleaning and the refrigerator ice/water dispenser did not work but that didn’t disrupt our stay. It’s a nice place in a quite unique and tropical community. Gym was great and the oversized hot tub was nice. I would have given 5 stars if there was hard surface flooring rather than carpet. Would stay again.
