From May 17 to September 2, the street that this apartment is located on will be exclusively pedestrian traffic only with a six meter walkway to Kelowna's best restaurants, patios, and shops. (Don't worry, access to your secure underground parking is still available.) The location just can't be beat! Ideal for a romantic getaway, or for the business traveller wanting a five star hotel experience while also enjoying the comforts of home. Location Location Location!! It is the perfect spot to be part of the Kelowna vibe. 100s of restrautants only steps away, the view is picture perfect, right by city park and marina. The view of the water is amazing. The suite was so nicely decorated and had many perks! google music, google light control, etc. Dave met us when we got there and explained everything and even had a bottle of wine chilling. Wow! thank you! Also loved the window bench, to just chill and read a book or the deck to chill and read a book, both spots are great. highly recommend

In the core of downtown Kelowna, this location was perfect to access everything we needed to for the wedding we were in town for. Dave (host) was kind enough to meet us at the condo and showed us all amenities. Over the course of our stay, Dave was an excellent host. Texts or emails to him were responded to immediately. Extremely well stocked condo (lots of cutlery, glasses, towels, etc.). Condo is great for two. You can’t ask for a better place to “people watch”. The parking spot for the condo is tight but accessible. Overall, a great experience. Thank you Dave

My husband and I spent a week at this property and we enjoyed it. The unit itself has everything you need, including proper glassware for all types of drinks. The owner was great to communicate with and left us a tasty bottle of wine upon check-in which was welcomed after a long drive. The marina is directly across the street which is great if you want to rent a boat and get out on the water or launch your paddleboard or just go for a walk at night with some ice cream. We had all the comforts of being at home. Great stay.

The condo was as depicted on the site. Very clean and comfortable. Well equipped, air conditioning, audio visual systems in every room etc. Close to the night life and restaurants - pretty much a short walk from anything of interest in downtown Kelowna as well as all the great restaurants and bars.
David was a great host throughout!

Beautiful condo in great location
Everything was perfect and exactly as described and I'm extremely fussy. Beautifully decorated, clean, and well equipped with anything you would need if you wanted to cook. Lots of thoughtful extras. We loved looking over the park and waterfront from the comfy deck and windowseat. There is some noise at night being right downtown and you can hear people walking around in the floor above you but earplugs or a white noise app easily covers that.

Amazing location and suite!
Dave went above and beyond to ensure our check in and out was seamless. The suite had everything we needed and more. It was beautifully decorated with the comfiest bed. Everything in the suite can be controlled by google which was amazing. The location is prime right across from the water, parks and yatch club. There were tons of restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance. We will definitely stay here again.

The property was immaculate and well kept, great location to walk downtown, and the property owner gave us a great walk through of the property. I highly recommend if you are looking for an amazing downtown Kelowna experience.

Golf Get Away
A great property that feels brand new that is next to all the amenities, across from a great park and next to the lake.
Unfortunately, an exterior building facelift was in full swing so minor inconveniences using the stairs and some construction noises during the day, but the host was amazing and made it worth our while. Do not let this stop you from staying here as this is a temporary thing that will only make the property even better in a few short weeks.
When we come back to Kelowna we will definitely look to book again and enjoyed our stay.

Beautifully decorated, with an amazingly comfortable bed. The linens were fantastic. We especially loved the window seat overlooking the water. It was so relaxing to sit in the sun and have a coffee while looking out over the water. The balcony also has really nice furniture and I am sure would be very enjoyable in the warmer months.
Dave was wonderful to work with and very accommodating and responsive. The condo is very well stocked.
The only down side, is that the property is currently under renovation and so a little on the dirty side in the lobby, hallways and elevator.
Overall, would highly recommend staying here!

It is well equipped with everything that you would need for a stay (including toiletries and a Vitamix). It was very clean and has an obvious pride of ownership throughout. And then there is the chocolate ice cream - this property is located within walking distance to many restaurants, lounges, and entertainment including Parlour Icecream located right next door. An enjoyable stay all around.

We enjoyed our stay and recommend this condo! Everything is comfortable and accommodating. Lovely deck overlooking City Park and the lake. Close to restaurants and activities. The perfect location to enjoy downtown Kelowna and the wine country.

Waterfront beauty
We stayed here during an extremely hot week. Every time we came home we felt that this place was a luxury oasis. Very friendly and helpful host also. We would stay here again, if possible. Lovely furnishings and the attention to detail is amazing.. Close to the beach and restaurants. Worth every penny!
