Apartamento muy deteriorado, muchas cosas rotas, buena ubicación y buenas vista, deja mucho que desear para un sitio así
La ubicación
Lo mal mantenido que está, y la atención al cliente inexistente.

please avoid if possible to stay there
The main terrace window was broken almost in half, so it was not secure to stay i the 1st floor apartment and with kids. The lady who was supposed to meet us never answered by phone, messages, or email, we have not stayed at the apartment and asked for a refund, but nobody reacted, no refund either..we recommend not using the services of this company..
the window was broken, any instructions for check-in, nobody answering the phone or email, no refund, and the apartment was with broken kitchen..

Don’t use them… still waiting for our refund! Tried to tell them at the start of trip the room wasn’t acceptable, but no
DO NOT STAY HERE! The pictures you see on booking.com are not what you get when you arrive! We finally got into our apartment after an a couple of hours sat in bar waiting to get hold of someone. Only to be told the phone had been stolen, then be told our original apartment had a leak and that we had been “upgraded” to a 3 bed apartment. How lucky were we… NOT! The room smelt of stale cigarette smoke and damp, drawers broken, mattresses dirty and had pubic hair on, no lights working in either bathroom including one with a broken switch, so no a change of bulb wouldn’t have fixed it! Huge crack in patio window… dodgy patio doors with gaps in it, open electric board and open electric switch… (there’s a leak in the building as well) insects in the fridge, pillows with dribble stains on them, it was awful and dark! Light outside of front door didn’t work so had to walk down steps in the dark (and I mean dark), broken outside furniture! The list is endless… and to top it off zero communication from the owners, they take your money and vanish! So to sum it up… NOTHING TO LIKE!
EVERYTHING… false advertising on booking.com don’t use it unless your happy with a “hostel” vibe hotel!

Beautiful apartment, in a quiet part of Marbella. Beach access with private enterance . Very convenient to all shops and
The property was extremely well presented and modernised . I booked a 2 bed apartment and it was right on the beach front. We had our own private access to the beach which was so convenient. The best part for couples looking for romance is the location of one of the bedroom had the full view of the beach front with sliding doors opening to the terrace. I felt soo spoilt and enjoyed seeing the view of the sea from my bed.
The property has been modernised, however there are some still outstanding small adjustments need doing such as the bathroom door runner doesn’t still well and doesn’t close properly. The balcony has chairs to sit on but would benefit a table to put drinks on and also need a towel drying rack as we had a polite notice not to dry our towels on the railing.

lovely stay, was great that we were upgraded on arrival to a larger apartment than expected as they had one free, lovely
this property is in the perfect location right next to the marina and a stones throw from the beach, nice quiet pool area, lovely large apartment
only thing I could say is that the property could do with a slight repair here and there in some rooms but nothing that affects the stay

Apartment was georgous, it was massive. Brillant TV with all the channels. WiFi was perfect. Rooms were beautiful. Pool was class. Security guard was so lovely. Manager was a lovely lady. All gated so very secure. Right infront of the beach. Extra towels provided when asked for . Great air conditioning. Would def go again.

Poor
Location
Run down tatty rooms. Definitely not as pictured! Missing lots of kitchen facilities. Kettle, coffee machine etc. showers broke. Everything was old and used. Not worth even half of the money we payed for 4 nights. The only saving Grace was the location.
