Pros: Unit was clean. A little difficult to find but GPS is a wonderful thing.. Parking was available right near the unit. Instructions to access the unit were very clear.
Cons: Only 2. Initial access to the unit is only available through the slider. Once parked in front of the unit the hike to reach the slider is about 150 yards. Not a big deal except half of it was shaded from sun and had a packed down 4" layer of snow. Due to melt/refreeze cycles it was very slick and difficult to navigate. There are two doors that open onto the parking lot, one from each bedroom. I asked the guest contact about a key for one of those doors so we didn't have to take a hike every time we wanted in. I was told that they restrict access to avoid getting mud and snow tracked in on the light colored carpet. Seems legit but it was a pain.
Second, one of the 3 remotes for the tvs had dead batteries and there were no replacement batteries. The guest contact said there were spare batteries and a spare remote in the laundry cabinet and there were. But the spare batteries were AA and the remotes take AAA. The spare remote didn't have any batteries to switch out. Ultimately it wasn't a big deal. My wife and daughter were able to watch in their respective bedrooms and I was watching movies on my iPad so the third tv wasn't really necessary. It's just one of those little details that should be checked when the unit is being readied for the next guest.

We enjoyed a comfortable stay for a couple of ski days. The property worked very well for our party of 4. We had everything we needed to cook meals and for last minute purchases Safeway is very convenient.
We definitely recommend this property.

We stay at this condo every couple of years. We just love it there. I was concerned this year when I saw it was managed by Evolve because I don't like dealing with 1-800 numbers, but then I realized that Jason still owns the property. His contact information is provided by Evolve when you make the second payment. Jason is always prompt at replying to emails and requests. The condo is located on our favorite spot on lake Dillon. It is so lush and green. It is on ground level and we can pull our kayak to the lake and store it on the patio. We can ride our bicycles directly from the unit to the paved trail around the lake, and there is a covered bike rack next to the condo. We love all the wildlife: many hummingbirds fly around the patio and we also saw a cormorant, ospreys and beavers! We also recommend checking the mountain goats on Blue Lake Rd near Breckenridge. Breckenridge is only 15 minutes away. The condo is close to all amenities and to the highway, but yet very quiet and tucked away in a cul-de-sac. It is a very safe area for children with a large lawn in the back. The view from the patio is amazing and we love watching the sail boats and the reflection of the mountains in the lake. I highly recommend this property.

This property is close to everything and to the highway, but yet very quiet and serene. It is tucked away in a cul-de-sac and has an amazing view of the lake and the mountains. The unit is located on the ground floor. We can store the kayak on the patio and pull it to the lake. There is a covered bike rack next to the condo and we can ride the bicycle directly from the condo to the paved trail around the lake. The view from the patio and lawn is amazing! The mountains reflect in the lake. We saw a cormorant, ospreys, many hummingbirds and even beavers! It is less than 15 minutes away from Breckenridge, Silverthorne, etc.. Many restaurants , art galleries and shops are nearby. I highly recommend this property.

Location, Location, Location
On the positive side, this condo has a great location to the lake. You just can't get much closer.
It's a great place to sit and have morning coffee while the sun comes up.
The living room was nice and very comfortable.
The kitchen (especially the stove) might be original to the condo from the 1970's. Something this old and dirty just doesn't feel like a place you want to cook a meal for your family.
The master bedroom was kind of a joke.
The "King" bed was just 2 twin mattresses pushed together not an actual king mattress. VERY uncomfortable!
There isn't a closet or a dresser, just a open shelf and a hanging rod. It's hard to feel settled when you can't put your clothes away.
Very disappointing

We stayed as a base for a weekend of activities and it was great! Views off the patio of the lake are very nice. All amenities were as described and more than adequate.
The only tip to the host would be to make sure the cleaning service is using a chemical-cleaner and not just wiping things off with a dry or damp cloth. The Kitchen counters and floors looked clean but the floor was sticky and a quick wipe of the counter with a disinfectant cloth revealed a mild layer of stuff that should have been removed by the cleaning service. Not a huge deal but it was obvious someone had cleaned the place, and the cleaning fee we payed was a decent amount, so let’s make sure it’s done right.
Overall it was nice and we’d stay again.

A friend and I stayed here for a weekend getaway. The condo is close enough to the lake that we just carried our paddleboards down. It was gorgeous! We really enjoyed the home and its amenities. The only bit we found a little odd is that access to the unit is in the back (sliding door) off the patio and you have to walk around every time - and it was quite dark at night. It would have been helpful to have a key for the front door(s). Other than that, it was great and we loved it.

Cute, Cozy Convenient and Clean!!!
Location was so convenient to everything, and the views of Gray's and Torrey's from the back patio were wonderful! So close to the reservoir and bike path. Only slight negative was that the bedrooms were facing the parking lot, making it slightly noisy with the windows open- nothing that a pair of earplugs in the warmer weather and a closed window in the colder months can't solve.

Nice Condo with Great Location
This is a great condo. The location was perfect for us to hop on trail for us to bike and run to Dillon and downtown Frisco. The view from the patio was beautiful with a view of the lake and the mountains. One of the aspects of the condo that we enjoyed was the amenities that they had in the condo. There was masks and hand sanitizer on the counter. There was coffee and filters, dish washing soap, laundry detergent, and even cooking amenities such as spices and other condiments. We had brought our own but it was amazing to see how really complete the condo was. There was plenty room to eat as well as to relax. Another plus is that it was a first floor condo with access on both sides of the unit. This was one of the aspects of the condo my wife liked because having an outside entrance eliminated crossing paths with others inside a hallway or elevator.
Overall a great condo and would definitely rent from them in the future.

Best View and Convenience
It love coming back to this condo. It is at walking distance to Starbucks, Taco Bell and across the street from Walmart, Safeway, gas stations and a bike rental shop. It is on the bottom level of the building.
Even though it is close to all conveniences, it is tucked away by the lake and quiet. We love being able to put our bicycles in the covered bike rack right next to the condo and hop on the trail that goes around the lake. We put our kayak on the patio and pull it to the lake. The location couldn't be better. It also has the best view and plenty of photo opportunities especially of wild life and the mountains reflecting in the lake.
The condo has all the convenience of home. We are tall people and we appreciate the king size bed (especially after a whole day of biking, kayaking and shopping at the nearby main street in Frisco or in Breckenridge).
It would be a great set up for families with young children too, because it is safe and has a bunk bed in the second bedroom. The master bedroom has its own bathroom with a double sink, in addition to a full bathroom with bathtub in the hallway.
Jason always answers to any questions very quickly and honestly.
I highly recommend this condo.

Comfortable condo
We enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was very clean and well stocked. The beds were comfortable and the linens looked new. There was plenty of room for the 5 of us. The location is convenient; close to natural grocers, Safeway and Starbucks. The only thing we didn’t like was the stove. It desperately needs to be replaced. Only one burner works and the skillet never heated up fully. Other than that everything else seemed to work. We would stay here again.

Beautiful location
We have stayed at this property many times and are always pleased with the condo and the especially the location and view of Lake Dillon. This year we had the added pleasure of upgraded living room and patio furniture. It was much more comfortable. We used the grill on the patio many times. The only negative is the stove/oven. The oven is small and difficult to bake in and the griddle half of the cook top didn't get warm enough to cook on. Overall this property is a pleasure to stay at.

Great location!
The condo was well equipped and perfect for our ski trip. Super convienet location for our group to ski at Copper and hit the town. The condo was very comfortable for the group which included adults and kids. The building was quiet, easy parking and had a nice view. Checkin and checkout were super smooth. Overall a great stay and we’d come back in a heartbeat!

Best Lake Dillon location in Summit County
Best location I've found in Summit County for easy bike path and lake access. We SUP'd and biked every day right out the door. Patio has amazing views for enjoying morning coffee and meals throughout the day. This clean and comfortable condo had plenty of room for our family, is a 2-minute walk to Starbucks and Natural Grocers, and is right across the highway from good pizza, Mexican and Chinese restaurants. We did not want to leave this rental and will be back as soon as possible.

Serenity
We stayed at the condo for the 4th of July weekend. Even though the condo is close to Main Street and the marina where most events took place, we were able to escape the crowd and noise at the condo. It was so nice to be able to ride the bike to Main Street and come back to peace and quiet. The patio faces the lake and it is so peaceful. We can hear the hummingbirds and watch the boats and bikers. I highly recommend this condo. The owner responds quickly to all questions.

Getaway
We had a wonderful stay. The condo is on the bottom floor and has a bike rack. It was so convenient to hope on the beautiful bike path in front of the condo. We loved having our morning coffee watching people pulling their kayaks to the lake. It is so peaceful.
The condo has updated bathrooms and beautiful floors and decor.
The owners were very quick at answering any questions and provided great instructions.
We will come back for sure.

The condo was everything advertised. The view was amazing from the patio. This was our first time renting a condo and we were very impressed with the condition of the unit. We made use of the dishwasher, washer-dryer, gas grill and everything worked well. We had plenty of room to host a family dinner.

Lovely condo with beautiful views of lake Dillon! Great condo with all the amenities we were looking for. The condo sits right on the bike path, which was the perfect setting for a morning run. It is also a short walk to downtown Frisco. We enjoyed the shops and bars! I will definitely come back to visit in the winter!

My wife and I stayed an extended weekend at this gem for my birthday and had everything at our fingertips! I am an avid fly fisherman and the gold waters of the lower blue are a mile or less away. I woke up around 5:30 slayed some beautiful rainbows down below Dillon Res. Got back to the Condo around 9 scooped the wife up and hit the hill for a full day of riding at Copper mtn. (Did this all 3 days!) This place is parked on beautiful lake Dillon (bet it's beautiful in the summer months) and have all the top ski resorts of Summit county super close! The main drag of Frisco is right down the street with a bunch of great places to eat, then return to this beautiful condo to relax and watch some TV. I would highly recommend this place to be able to enjoy all of the great activities of Summit county (and not have a lengthy drive afterward) Enjoy!!!

My wife and 2 kids recently took a ski vacation and were fortunate enough to have found this rental. The condo was perfect for our family and we loved the cozy layout. Being on the first floor was an added bonus as we avoided lugging ski gear up and down stairs. Frisco, CO also offered the convenience of being centrally located and made it easy to get to multiple different ski areas. I would highly recommend staying here and we can't wait to return next winter.
