Spacious modern apartment with ensuite. Staff friendly and resolve issues quickly. Big balcony.

Lacking in cooking utensils and there is no microwave. Water heater sometimes leaks in the night, drips loudly. Local beaches although nearby are not very nice compared to other Sardinian beaches.

Great location , few mins of walking from small nice beach either other beaches were nice Pool Apartment big enough , 2 bathrooms

The property is close to Palau city centre, yet away from the noise. Spacious and clean, airconditioning was a savior.

The property was very spacious and had 2 bathrooms which was ideal as we were travelling with our parents.

The apartment they placed us in was right next to a construction site meaning that during the week the builders were working from 8am. While on holiday It is an opportunity for me to lay in and relax but this was not the case!!! Also the swimming pool had no steps in and out so my mother in law who has arthritis could not get in and out. Before you do book here there is no sun beds either around the pool so if you want a relaxing pool day this is not possible unless you buy your own. Very disappointed as I have a three year old who loves the pool and on hot days would have been nice for me mother in law to be able to have a dip to cool off. I was also very disappointed that on the last day I had requested a late check out which was agreed before I come on holiday and then was asked to change apartments for the last day as they had another book in for ours. This was not great for us with a elderly lady with arthritis and a 3 year old. Although they did apologise I felt this could have been avoided. We stayed for 10 days but certainly will not be going back due to this.

APerfect place to stay while wisiting north east Sardinia. Walking distance ~5 mins to the beach, 8 mins to the center, which is very lovely.

Beds were too soft for me.

Newly build apartment with washing machine, good bathroom, soft bed mattresses, well equipped kitchen, couch and dining table.

Sitting outside is not possible.

The apartment has a great location, close to major beaches and the town of Palau. It's new and spacious with good WIFI and AC.

When we arrived, there was only two rolls of toilet paper in the bathrooms, and some dish detergent. We had to go buy everything else, including soap, shower gel, shampoo, napkins, etc. If they could provide these, it would be more convenient especially for people who are not familiar with the town-had to search for a supermarket. No microwave oven is in the kitchen--you need to warm everything with the gas stove.

It is block of appertmenst in specificly designed bulding. Apparemnt was large, with high top wall, so rleatively easy to keep it cold in hot summer. Air condition works perfect. There is a nice swiming pool on the backyard. Big balcony, where you can sit, eat, and dry all the clothes. Washing machine, kitchen where you can cook - basicaly said all you need for summer staying is here. Some guy was waiitng for us, gave as key and showed everything. Shop is 5 min. walk, town centre about 10 min. easy walk.

The floor was extremely dirty - we came barefoot and had really black foot. So first thing what wife had to do was clean the floor. But that doesn't effect the other staying. Usually in the apaprtments with kitchen there are basic things you need for cooking like oil, salt, pepper etc. Here was nothing - even anything for washing the dishes, no soap, no sponge. There is a Spar close to it - so you can buy everything.
