The Rental agent was a pain on the neck. She would not give us access unless we forked an additional US$ 150 in cash (no credit card allowed) which she has not returned. Total ripped. Tipical bait and switch situation. Suggest you close down these clowns

Lisa is a scammer, be careful!! Just before arriving at the apartment, Lisa told us by phone that a deposit had to be made and coincidentally it couldn't be through booking, so she asked us for the deposit by paypal. During the stay the house is full of mosquitoes, the bathroom damp and the bed is in very poor condition. Once we leave the apartment, Lisa tells us that she is going to charge us $20 for each late check-out hour, without prior notice, and tells us that she will not return the deposit because the bed is broken, when it was before! Then she blocked me and I can't hear from her anymore. She is a scammer. Be careful

The check-in and check-out was superb, I didn't have to meet with anyone which makes it Way Easier. I received the images of where everything was to my phone and done! The studio was clean, bed comfortable and it was more spacious than I expected. The neighborhood was very nice too. I parked on the street right in front of the house and the parking here is free not like in my last stay around Brickell. And the wifi was good, I was able to stream Netflix. I definitely will be coming back

I would have liked to receive the instructions since the day before and not on the same day but I also understand it is a security issue.

Management needs to communicate better, I paid 3 different deposits and they made promises they couldn’t keep.
