Want to eat and feel the Key’s breeze? Just walk onto the back balcony where you can sit, relax, or dine on our 6 seating dining table. Master bedroom has back Balcony access with a King size memory foam mattress, Flat screen Tv, walk-in closet, soak in tub, and separate shower.  Across the other side of the home, you will have three other bedrooms with queen size beds that have memory foam mattresses, flat-screen TVs, private full baths with linens, towels, and a starter toiletries kit included. Blue Paradise is a Family Gem with a heated pool, lots of lounging area throughout, a  Full Kitchen with a Barbecue next to the pool, Pool table, Darts, Corn hole, pool toy, Bait Freezer and a short ten-minute stroll to the beach from the house. Need some private time? Look right next to the pool where you have a Fifth bedroom that has two queen size beds, full bath with poolside access, and Flatscreen Tv. Right up front, you have room to park two 20’ Boat on trailers. The pool is heated for an additional cost of 300.00 a week. The Pool Heat Is optional and must be paid two weeks  before the check-in date. Please note this home is a Saturday to Saturday Booking only and is not pet friendly. For Security Purposes the property has outside Surveillance Cameras  Noise Ordinance from 9pm to 9 am (Quite Time) This Property is on MM50 You must be 25 and older to book and must be present for the duration of the reservation. Boat rental with this property is a possibility, Please message the agent for details and availability. ( please note that the Boat might not be available for the dates you have rented the property) You will be emailed a Guest confirmation with our terms and conditions that you will need to e-sign to be able to stay at our home A starter kit of toiletries is provided only, guests must provide for themselves for the remainder of their stay.
