3 floors up and no lift

The apartment was very well situated and roomy. It was quiet and very clean. . The kitchen was very well equipped. I enjoyed sitting on the balcony. I made use of the drying room at the back of the apartment as unfortunately it rained every day during my stay. The aircon was vital. The supermarket across the road was very handy. The bedroom had a T.V. in it. RMM27 has been the best apartment I have stayed in in recent years.

A toaster in the kitchen would be handy for us Brits.

Nice, clean appartement. Good location, close to centre and shops. Supermarket right in front of the building. Free parking on the street.

Unfortunately no central heating. The place can warmed up by Aircon, which is not as sustainable warmth as central heating. Very cold tile floor.
