Just steps from the gulf front pool and the beach walkover, Adagio A101 maintains it's privacy as the end condo. Plenty of room for family to relax in this 2200 square foot condo, updated as are all of Your Friend at the Beach's five star condos at Adagio. Living room with a new leather sectional (2022) with enough seating for the entire family and new flat screen TV over the fireplace. New dining room table has a cushioned bench on one side for the children plus seating for 6-8. There are four bar stools for extra seating at the kitchen granite counter top. New lighting fixture over the dining table just installed. Kitchen just refreshed with new dining ware, cookware and bake ware. YFAB supplies dish washing liquid and dish washer detergent as well as hand soap by the kitchen sink that overlooks your view of the Gulf of Mexico. Regular coffee maker as well as a Keurig.
