With its location just inside the main gate, it allows for easy access to town or nearby attractions. Just a hop, skip & a jump to the marina, golf course, bar and grill, pool and other beaches (Dunn Ct & Lake Lodge)! Hungry or thirsty? Just another short 3-minute drive to town where you can find restaurants, a grocery store (Marval) & the Iron Door Saloon (the oldest continuously operating saloon in California). If relaxing inside is more your thing, you won't be disappointed. This house was remodeled with comfort in mind. The lower level includes a family room with ping pong, foosball, large sectional couch (great place for all the kids to slumber) & a large TV great for watching movies. The upper level is perfect for entertaining (trust us, we've tested it out), stocked kitchen, vaulted ceilings, living room for lounging & a deck for star gazing. There are 4 bedrooms, sleeping 12 people in beds with additional sleeping for a few more on our super comfy sectional sofas, making it a perfect getaway for families, work off-sites, friend vacations and more! Bedroom Details & Amenities: - 2 Queens (sleeps 4) - 3 Twin Bunks (sleeps 6) - 2 Twin Singles (sleeps 2) - 2 Large Sectional Couches Other things to note: Amenities - 2 42" Smart TV's with Netflix, DVD player and more. - Ping pong, foosball - High-speed wireless internet throughout the home - Kitchen includes refrigerator, electric range, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, serving platters, plates, assorted glassware & everything you need to prepare a home-cooked meal - Fireplace - Washer & dryer - Parking for several vehicles (4 comfortably) - Heater and air conditioner - Deck with propane grill - NO PETS ALLOWED - As or guest, please respect our family home. Feel free to use anything that will make your stay the most enjoyable. IMPORTANT NOTES: - Per Pine Mountain Lake HOA, guests must pay a $40 entrance fee, per car (paid directly at the gate) that is good for the duration of your stay. Unfortunately, this is a standard controlled by the community and out of our control. You are able to come and go as you please. - Due to COVID-19, some community amenities may not be available.
