Actually I got locked out by my daughter no fault of the property but couldn't access host spare key until 8.30 am, therefore I stayed outside of the property all night. There is no door bell and this situation might not have occurred if there had been one.

The bed in the one room (the double one) is quite small for two grown ups

Everything we needed for our 5 night stay with son and his girlfriend. Clean, well appointed. Perfect location.

Not much to say here. Parking on Hop Garden Road worked. there was never a spot on West Street but only a short walk so not an issue.

location is perfect. 50 metres into the town centre. quiet street. lovely pub opposite.

The master bed is definitely a small double. a tight squeeze for anyone used to a queen sized bed or above. We stayed during a very hot period and it would be a good idea to provide some fans for such periods. The upstairs gets very warm

Lovely little cottage in a brilliant location. Quiet spot despite being so close to town centre. Very well equipped kitchen. Double room really comfy. Not the weather for outdoors, but the backyard was really sweet. I often visit Henley and the hotel options are so limited, if you don’t want to pay £££ It was a really good alternative!

The staircase was pretty steep for my Dad! Downstairs bathroom might be a negative for some

You can hear everything from every room. If tv was on downstairs, you can hear it upstairs.

Brilliant location... very quiet and attractive cottage

The only real issue was the staircase which is very narrow and not easy to navigate if you have big feet!

So convenient for the town and parking around the corner. Very well equipped and very comfortable!

The stairs would be a bit tricky for older people.
